Close to the beach of Platin, this spacious house offers you great services!

Its entrance opens on a vast living room with its flat screen TV, and its dining room.
You will be at the top to concoct your best recipes in its semi-open kitchen. You will find all the necessary equipment: a 4 burner stove, a hood, an electric oven, a microwave, a NESPRESSO coffee maker, a toaster, a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine dryer....

Its first night part, on the first floor, consists of a room with 1 bed in 150cm, a room with 2 bunk beds in 90cm + 1 bed in 90cm with 1 bed drawer in 90cm. A bathroom with an Italian shower and an independent toilet.

Take the staircase and access the second night part! Opening on a loggia, a large bedroom with a 160cm bed and its small adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet. A fourth and last bedroom with a 160cm bed, also opening on a loggia.

Is it time for a swim? Put on your bathing suits, grab your towels and lay them on the beach of Platin, 50m from the house. A dream come true!

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly

Cleaning service not included in the price of the stay and not proposed by the agency.
