Welcome to Sehestedt on the Kiel Canal! The well-kept holiday home is in a quiet residential area. It has been extensively renovated and has a high quality of living.
The distance to the Kiel Canal is 90 m. From both apartments you have the view of the canal as in the photos.
Distance to the Baltic Sea approx. 10 km, to Eckernförde with a sandy beach approx. 15 km,

 Upper apartment:
Usable up to 6 people. The bright eat-in kitchen has a south-facing balcony, looking towards the Kiel Canal (90 m away); 2 bedrooms with morning sun. The third bedroom is in the loft (good standing height). In front of it in the through room there is an additional bed as an alternative sleeping option (soon there will be 2 beds there; maximum occupancy is still 6 people). The space-saving staircase leading up there has a safety door for children at the top, but the staircase is not safe for small children. A total of 65 square meters of living space;
The bathroom has a tub and shower. The balcony and the outside stairs are suitable for dogs. The apartment always has pleasant air thanks to automatic fresh air supply.
The kitchen is well equipped; EVERYTHING is there and inclusive (including final cleaning, towels, consumption costs, sheets ...) Just bring along the duvet covers (2 pieces) or book them additionally (€ 7.50 / pers.).
