Located on the 2th floor without elevator of a Bordeaux building, our 30m2 apartment offers a lovely view of the top of Rue Sainte Catherine, Place de la Comédie and Place Tourny.

The studio comes equipped with all the basic essentials needed for a comfortable stay, these include a kitchen fully-equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster and hob. There's a dishwasher at your disposal.

2 sleeping areas can welcome 4 guests, 2 in the main bedroom, and 2 more in the mezzanine.

The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer. Towels and sheets are provided.

The downtown area offers an insight of the Bordeaux' way of living: small streets full of of surprises with many terraces, restaurants and other small artisans and traders. Pleasant and authentic neighborhood, it will allow you to discover Bordeaux by foot and walk on the main squares: Place de la Comédie where singers, dancers and passers-by shared the stage, Place de la Bourse to discover its reflection in the largest mirror of water of the world (Miroir d'eau) or the place du Parlement, a must for diners on terraces on summer's evenings.

From the airport you will take bus 1 to Gambetta.
From Saint Jean train station, tram C to Place de la Bourse (5 minutes from the apartment)

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
