Suites on 4th are newly constructed and located 8 blocks from St. Mary's Hospital & less than 1 mile to Mayo Clinic. This stylishly fully furnished condo is a designed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, with 1,000 square feet of living space with its own private & secure entrance and 2 private parking spaces. This property is within walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants! We pride ourselves on providing a comfortable and relaxing lodging experience to guests & patients visiting the Rochester area. Each unit has its own heating & cooling system (no shared air circulation), and we take standards for hygiene & cleanliness seriously. Our cleaning crew is trained in health & safety measures and follows the CDC cleaning guidelines. No carpet. No smoking!

Best Condo in Rochester - Few blocks from St. Mary's

AMAZING! We stayed at this rental last week; it was simply the best experience using VRBO. The condo was so beautiful, well-maintained, VERY clean, convenient, and just as described! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook our meals. It's also in an awesome location—right next door to a walking/biking trail, restaurants, and grocery stores within walking distance. The hosts were very responsive and showed us amazing hospitality. Thank you for a great stay! We will definitely be staying again when we return to Rochester! Highly recommended!

This place was WAY above expectations! A+++++

Super modern, very clean, well-outfitted, It is on the bike path and extremely convenient to walk/bike or drive to grocery stores, drug stores, and restaurants. The Mayo Clinic is about a mile away, and St. Mary's Hospital is just a few blocks away.

Great Location 5 minutes from Mayo Clinic

The place was spacious
very lovely, clean

Nasty owners, dirty property, bugs in the unit and located right next to the freeway

Property was quite nice, but it wasn't clean, it had bugs in the unit and it was very loud because it's right next to the freeway. We had to sweep, vacuum and wash the floors. We ended up killing about 30 bugs over our 5 night stay. The a/c wasn't working the first couple of nights, which they did end up fixing, but we tried sleeping with the windows open for some air but it was too loud being right next to the freeway. We tried to work with the property manager and the owners, but they were not nice. I'm sure they'll have a very pleasant response. Too bad we can't upload pictures with our review so we can show the hair, dirt and food we swept up from the floors and of course the numerous bugs we encountered. We forgot to empty the garbage before we left so I guess we're the problem!

Perfect in many ways

We had appointments at the Mayo Clinic all week and rather than commute we decided to stay at this VRBO. It was impeccably clean, roomy, nicely decorated, everything was there pots pans beds toilet paper towels, etc. Hosts were awesome checkin was easy.

Convenient for a Mayo Clinic visit

Property is updated and clean. Beds are comfortable (softer side). Smart TV in all rooms. Necessary toiletries and cleaning supplies provided for the stay. Right between a hotel and apartment buildings. Everything needed is nearby. Park across the street has a lovely walking path. Right off of the highway. 5 Minutes to Mayo Clinic valet or parking.

Very neat and clean

The property manager was available whenever we had any questions or needed any assistance. The condo was very neat and clean. Our stay was for medical treatment and it was so nice to be close to the hospital and Dr. offices. Would stay again.

Wonderful place to stay w great walking area from the front door !

Stayed for 2 weeks while attending appointments at both Mayo and St. Mary’s! Excellent location with everything within walking location including dining, grocery stores and parks!

Our home away from home!

My husband had surgery at Mayo clinic, and we were in residence almost 4 months. The apartment was lovely, secure, and convenient, meeting all of our needs! I especially enjoyed the modern, well appointed kitchen! Having St. Mary's hospital, leisure trails with Cascade creek and lake, and grocery stores within walking distance was wonderful! Satharina was an awesome property manager! She is thoughtful, compassionate, and quick to respond to any request! She helped to make a very stressful time for us so much better! We were very happy with our experience in our home away from home!
