We are renting a recent and quiet 4-star apartment in a quiet luxury residence near the beach (1 minute walk), with all shops, doctors, pharmacy, etc. nearby. It has two bedrooms (large closet) with a separate bathroom (bathtub), hairdryer, large living room with fully equipped open kitchen (microwave, washer-dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, steamer, griddle, baby equipment on request), iron, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi and private secure access. Reversible air conditioning. Large 150m² garden with direct access to the swimming pool (unheated). Bicycle storage. Private parking.
Electric vehicle charging station in the parking lot in front of the residence.
The St. Tropez Green Boats shuttle is within walking distance (5 minutes) (journey time 30 minutes), as are direct buses to the TGV train station and Nice airport (1 hour). The Voiles de Saint Tropez shuttles and tours of Cannes and the Lérins Islands are available. Les Issambres Thalassotherapy Center is a 5-minute walk away, as well as the sailing, waterskiing, and jet skiing clubs.
