In the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Natural Park, near the lakes, 10 minutes from the factory outlets, 20 minutes from downtown Troyes, and 10 minutes from the A5/A26 highway, the “Le Coteau de l’Orme” vacation rental welcomes you for both leisure and business stays. You’ll enjoy hiking and nature walks in the forest and around the lakes year-round. Ideally located in a quiet setting, this outbuilding—adjacent to the owners’ home—has been renovated while preserving its historic charm (exposed stone and beams). To ensure everyone’s privacy, you’ll have a separate entrance and a private wooden deck. To make your stay more convenient, heating, electricity, and made-up beds upon arrival are included in the price of your stay. There is a €15/day surcharge for a fifth person (adult/child/infant). The cottage features a living area on the first floor with a spacious and bright open-concept kitchen, a dining area, and a TV. Upstairs, there’s a play and relaxation area on the mezzanine (with a library corner, board games, and toys), as well as a living room with a sleeper sofa and a smart TV with Prime (which can accommodate a fifth person for an additional fee). For sleeping arrangements, there is a master suite featuring a 180x200 bed that can be separated, with a private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and a sauna available for free use; a double bedroom with a 180x200 bed that can be separated; a half-bath; and a separate toilet. Outdoors: patio furniture, lounge chairs, electric grill, parking, and a tea station in a small wooden cabin where you can enjoy coffee or an aperitif. Access to the 6-person hot tub is available between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. year-round. The outdoor areas are fenced and feature a trampoline, a playground set, a playhouse, and slides (under parental supervision).
