Welcome to the holiday home on the Werra
With us you will find relaxation on the Werra in a quiet location on the outskirts of Lauchröden.
If you book the holiday home with 2 people, you rent the holiday home in the attic.
Our holiday home is located very close to the banks of Thuringia's second largest river, the Werra. It offers a very nice view over the Werra valley.
Here you can hike, bike, fish (fishing cards are available from us), take a trip to Eisenach, see the castle ruin 'Brandenburg' or simply relax.
Here are some destinations:
- Canoe and raft trips, a rental service is on site
- 6 km away in Gerstungen there is an outdoor swimming pool
- 5 km from the start of the Rennsteig (Hörschel)
- 12 km away is the city of Eisenach, with Wartburg, Bach
   and Lutherhaus, the Dragon Gorge, where you can walk through narrow
   Rocks can hike, the Reutervilla, City Palace Museum,
   Churches, fraternity monument, historical architecture,
   Theater, cinema. Located directly on the Werra Valley Cycle Path
- 22 km in Ruhla there is a 850 m long one
   Summer toboggan run, the miniature park 'mini-a-thür',
