One-bedroom apartment in Cambo: Located on the ground floor of a residence, it comprises a 20m² living room with a lounge area, dining area, and equipped kitchen; one bedroom with a double bed (140cm); a living/dining room with a sofa bed; and a bathroom with toilet. Terrace. Private parking. Bicycle storage.

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted outside (on the terrace).
Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request from the agency).
The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available upon departure).
An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they consider to be inconsistent or anything our staff may have overlooked. If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the event of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:
