Steeped in History Beauchamp is a 19th‑century Perigord stone farmhouse nestled in quiet countryside just 5 minutes from the 13th‑century Bastide town of Monpazier — classified among the “Most Beautiful Villages of France.”

It is the perfect base to discover the Dordogne:

Within 15 minutes: The bastide towns of Belvès and Villeréal, and the Dordogne River valley dotted with medieval villages and fortresses.
Within 40 minutes: The main hubs of Bergerac (airport) and Sarlat-la-Canéda.

Beautiful Gite

Lovely Gite, that is very well equipped with the owners having thought of even the smallest details of what you might require on holiday. Top notch mod-cons from washer to dryer, and a plethora of coffee making options. Comfortable bedrooms and clean bathrooms, and despite a 40 degree heatwave, the Gite was cool, and the overhead fans in the bedrooms were silent and made sleeping very comfortable. The highlight was the swimming pool, which was clean, warm and has a lovely terrace for dinning and drinks. Most importantly, the owners were polite, discrete and extremely helpful when needed. Would not hesitate to recommend.

The best of the best

What an incredible property! We have stayed in many great gites over the years but this one tops the lot. You have total privacy in the gite with a private pool, terrace and gardens coupled with an inside space that gives family and friends privacy and social spaces as required. The gite is very well appointed with aircon throughout plus ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The kitchen is incredible with exceptional appliances and every conceivable gizmo for cooking..plus multiple corkscrews just in case you buy a a case of Petrus from St Emilion. The gite was clean as a whistle throughout, the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were lovely with a nice addition of a heated towel rail to help dry your towels or swimming costumes. Mark and Sonia had set us up with a few essentials also which was a nice surprise, a bottle of rosé in the fridge, some snacks and a full bag of BBQ coals and lighters which we managed to use... alot. When you stay in a gite, other than the property itself what really makes the holiday is the hosts. Mark and Sonia were fab, from the warm greeting to the occasional unintrusive check in to make sure were we OK..a truly lovely couple. We would return here in a heartbeat, there was really nothing we would want to change to improve our experience.

Gîte très confortable,très, joli ,aménagé avec beaucoup de goût .Nous avons également apprécié l'équipement électroménager haut de gamme. Sonia et Mark sont des hôtes très sympathiques,désireux de nous satisfaire, disponibles et très discrets.

Excellent confort, gîte tout neuf

Un accueil impeccable de Sonia et Mark, un équipement et un confort au top, dans un environnement très au calme. On peut regretter la distance entre la cuisine et la terrasse, qui oblige à traverser toute la maison. l’expérience est très positive et les vacances très agréables !
