We have been vacationing on 30A for over 20 years. Specifically the Beachwalk Villa area for the past 10 years. We were drawn to this area because of the convenience of the beach, Baytowne Wharf area and the brand new Hotel Effie. Grand Boulevard shopping, Restaurants and Publix Grocery Store are just a few of the amenities of this fabulous location. Plus, directly across the parking lot from our townhome is the Market Shops which feature numerous services, boutiques and eateries. We provide a 6-seater GOLF CART so you can cruise the entire San Destin Resort at your leisure.
When it's just me and my husband staying we enjoy the quietness of the neighborhood and convenience of the restaurants, grocery store and of course the beach and/or pool steps away from us. Golfing, boating and fishing are also available to those who are interested. As well as tennis, pickle ball and putt putt golf.
When our adult kids and our grandchildren stay they thrive on the beach and Baytowne Wharf which is a mecca for kids and adults. They also enjoy the freedom of the golfcart. There's something about kids riding in golfcarts in the sunshine that thrills them!
We're biased but our set up and location is perfect for those looking for some peace and quiet and convenience during their vacation. We have all the chairs for the beach and toys for the kids located in the outside storage area for your personal use.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Mary was an excellent hostess! She was very responsive to my questions. The only reason I didn’t give the property five stars was because the patio screens weren’t working. Our family likes to keep patio doors open and you can’t do that without a working screen with all the lizards and bugs. Nevertheless, the condo accommodated our family of five well. And, the golf cart was a nice bonus.

Our new favorite place to stay!

I can't say enough good things about our vacation here. Mary was a wonderful host and the communication was the best I've experienced. The unit is very clean, nicely decorated and has everything we could have needed. We hope to make this a yearly destination and highly recommend it to everyone.

The property was perfect for our family of four. It was my husband and I and our two kids (9 and 7). The sleeping arrangements allowed each kid their own bed and bathroom which is always a plus! The main living area was very comfortable and allowed us to relax in the mornings and evening. We made a few breakfasts and dinners and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was great to have the beach gear as part of the rental. We used the tent, chairs, boogie boards and some sand toys.The SanDestin community is very big and the golf cart was perfect for getting around. We drove it to the beach every day and to Baytowne Warf a few times. It was especially nice having the six seater so we had room for the beach gear. The kids loved having the golf cart!!Mary was such a pleasure to work with. She took the time to call and talk through a few of my questions and was very responsive when we texted her while on-site.We will definitely book again when we go back!

Nice and tidy

Easy to find, check-in was a breeze. As advertised, close to everything. Did not utilize golf cart as there was rain one day and construction going on at the unit next door that blocked in the golf cart the other day. Clean, comfortable. No complaints. They mentioned this in the listing, but DO bring soap/body wash and shampoo with you.

Good Time

Spring Break 2025

The place was as advertised. Very clean and well kept. The golf cart was one of the nicest we have ever driven. Great location near the beach with a large heated pool you can walk too. They also provide beach chairs and other beach items as well.

A Dream Vacation

My family of five have been vacationing in Sandestin for the last 4 years and this was our favorite trip because of this VRBO rental. Its location gave us the freedom to explore the harbor, Baytowne Wharf, and the beach. The hosts were more than accommodating. Beds were comfy, furnishings updated, and the golf cart was a big hit! We hope to stay here next year!

Great Trip

We have stayed at several different locations at the resort. This may have been my favorite. It was a great location right at the entrance and a quick golf cart ride to the beach and to Baytowne Wharf. We only got in the car once the entire week. I would absolutely recommend this property. The owner was very helpful and informative. Very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We will for sure visit again.

Very Nice Condo

The condo was very nice and clean. It was obviously well maintained. The location is great with easy access to the beach with the golf cart. Check in and check was smooth as well. We hope to stay again soon.

Perfect vacation rental

My family of 4 enjoyed our 7 night stay. Everything was perfect from the time I booked until we checked out. It was very clean and stocked with everything needed for our stay. The place was decorated really nice and made us feel right at home. The golf cart was a hit with the kids. They loved riding around the resort and to the beach. Mary was very easy to communicate with and she made sure everything perfect. I definitely recommend this place.

Amazing Week!

We had the best week in Sandestin! Much of the credit goes to Mary for being a great host with a great space! Our family felt right at home as soon as we stepped in. Mary was so very responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. The golf cart was a hit and the location is perfect - right in the middle of the beach and Baytowne Wharf. We will be back, for sure!

A Great Week!

We had a wonderful experience staying for a week as a family of 5. The location was great and the golf cart was perfect for getting around. Our 3 young kids had plenty of space in the townhome. We were able to cook some meals there and also take the golf cart to Baytowne Wharf for some meals and entertainment. Everything was clean and prepared for us when we got there. The townhome was well decorated and furnished. Communication with Mary was great and she was very helpful before and throughout our stay! The pool was a short walk or golf cart ride away. The beach was a short golf cart ride away. I was able to walk up to the nearby shopping strip for coffee and breakfast. The kids were able to do some fishing right in the backyard. The beach toys and chairs were very helpful so we didn’t have to bring them. Overall, this was a great location for our family and the townhome was a perfect fit! We hope to return for another fun trip!

Perfect family getaway

We enjoyed our stay! Perfect location, close to the beach, pool, restaurants and shops. And all just a couple of minutes away driving the golf cart. The kids had a lot of fun!

Jim and I are natives of Clarksville, TN and we're both recently retired. We are a blended family of 3 children, 8 grandchildren and a son-in-law and daughter-in-law. Work was stressful so during Covid-19 we wanted to get away. We couldn't rent something so a friend graciously volunteered his place in Beachwalk. We decided we wanted to have our own place at the beach after that.

We have always vacationed as a family in this area but we fell in love with the convenience of Beachwalk due to the location of the beach, restaurants, shopping, Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard and it's all accessible with a golf cart! It's really all we need while we're down here.
