It also has 2 glamorous living rooms upstairs and a huge basement living room plus a fashionable study room. This huge building sitting on a 1-acre level lot can accommodate up to 10 people. Its unique floor plan offers many options for extended families or Au-pair. Its unique proximity to the Quantico Marine Base and Washington-DC offers many options for Military families extended families. A Must Stay for Space, Cleanliness and Location

We were Highly Impressed with the amount of space, rooms, accommodations, cleanliness and responsiveness. We can’t wait to go back in the other Seasons. Winter was warm in the Home and the amenities were available for All to enjoy. We want to experience the outside grounds that look so enjoyable, so future plans are being drawn up.Great Hosts and Home, a Must.

Nice location. Very roomy.

My oldest brother lives in Manassas, and me and 3-of my siblings went up there for Thanksgiving. We all had the greatest time together. Everyone had their own space and everyone would sit around and socialize, talk about old times. It was a great house.

We’ve stayed here twice now, house is in a good location and matches the photos. Easy to get in touch with the host. Great stay!

Very nice place to stay while visiting family in the area.

This was a very comfortable place for us while visiting family in Manassas. Everything was clean, it's well furnished, and the layout is great. Very nice kitchen and all three bathrooms were nice. Alexander was very responsive and made sure our stay went well. We will definitely stay there again when we visit the DC area.

Great location near DC

Large house with plenty of individual and shared spaces. Clean property was great for business trip with 4 other colleagues on week long job near DC. Second time we’ve booked this house and would consider it again on future trips.

Great Location with Privacy

The house was great but could use more cooking appliances(pots/pans). There is a pool which is not advertised but surely would help in bookings. We did not bring swimwear since we did not know. Owner was very responsive to our needs. I would stay again if needing a house near DC area.

Gathering Place

We used Alex's property as a place for my sisters and I to come and celebrate our other sister retiring from the Army and getting married. The place easily accommodated all 11 of us. The house is located close to shopping for any needs that might arise. We did experience a few issues that Alex solved very quickly, and went above and beyond.

Great location

The home is spacious and gives plenty of opportunity for a large group to be together, yet also provides space for smaller groups to enjoy quieter time together. Nice location with access to stores and restaurants. Tucked back enough off the main road that it was very quiet. My only suggestion is for a home that sleeps 10 there should be more towels and kitchen supplies. We only had eight bath towels, but were luckily able to call some of our guests that were driving there to bring some with them. We very quickly would exhaust the drawer of silverware and glasses in the cupboard before having to do the dishes. These were only minor obstacles, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great home base!

Alexander was very responsive to questions and we had a fairly seamless stay. We appreciated the large area for a family of 9 to stay. The neighborhood was very safe and was close in proximity to stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay in Alexander's home again!

Lighthouse

We were here for a VOA conference. The house was perfect for our needs. It was only a few miles from the conference and a few minutes from restaurants and stores. The house was clean and spacious. Alexander was a gracious host and answered all of our questions. We enjoyed our stay at the Lighthouse. Pat
