Holiday home in a beautiful woodland setting in the Rheingau

The house is located in the beautiful Wispertal between Lorch am Rhein and Bad Schwalbach in a beautiful woodland setting surrounded by the beautiful nature park Rhein-Taunus.

It extends north of the line Frankfurt / Wiesbaden / Rudesheim. The lovely Wispertal with its vast forests is located in the western part of the nature park north of the Rheingau Mountains. Amid the Wispertales between Lorch am Rhein and Bad Schwalbach You will find the Forstgut Lauksburg romantically situated. The trout-rich Wisper flows right past through the grounds and the adjacent cottage. Here you can set in large groves relax and unwind for - and yet there are the romantic castles and rivers, to the welcoming wine villages, bathrooms and the Rhine cities only 20-60 minutes drive.

So Goethe has this landscape celebrated in his visit 1813/1814 with his poem verses: 'stretched to the Rhein`s hills / hochgesegneten Gebreiten / floodplain that the river bespiegeln / wine decorated Nationwide / may you accompany with thoughts wings / her faithful friend.'

The newly created 'WispertalSteig in silence wanderbar' invites you to a relaxing walking experience.
The hikers can explore about 15 km dreamy tributaries of Wisper, silent forests and lofty heights with wide views between Espenschied and Wisper. (..)
The walk outdoors to the hikers always offer splendid views of idyllic landscapes Taunus (..) '
He performs at 300m over from the house lying Ausflugsrestaurant Lauke mill and starts in Espenschied about 3km away.

Rheinsteig: The Rheinsteig passes among others Lorch, which is accessible by car from the house in about 20 minutes.
There is also a bus service to Lorch, the bus stop 'Lauksburg' is right on the home rental driveway.
The stop 'Lauke Mill' is situated 300 m away from the house.

You too can the Rheinsteig z. B. hike up to Lorch along z. B. for a bus trip to Eltville (Bus 173).

Due to greater flexibility but it makes sense to also park a car at the target point and to drive a second car to the starting point of the hike.

Not for families or anyone!

Totally unsuitable! Left after one night. Small kitchen unable to prepare a meal for 6. Insufficient crockery- Only 4 plates and 3 bowls. No living room or settee. Very old furniture. Bed linen did not even fit beds.

Es waren drei sehr schöne Tage in dem Ferienhaus. Alles, was man benötigt für den Aufenthalt, ist vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch bei der Lösung von Problemen.

Toller Aufenthalt mit Freunden

Es war alles was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt braucht vorhanden.Die Lage am Wald, die abendliche Ruhe, die schöne Terrasse, die Größe des Hauses haben uns zu einem tollen Aufenthalt mit unseren Freunden verholfen. Erwähnen möchte ich noch den sehr freundlichen Kontakt zu den Eigentümern und die unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe.

Eine tolle Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne. Haus innen geräumig, nur die Aufteilung ist etwas ungünstig. Sehr kleine Küche. Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, ist die Einrichtung schön etwas älter, aber alles war sauber und intakt.Gute Lage um direkt zu Wanderungen zu starten nur sehr nahe an einer Straße.

Sehr ruhige Lage, gemütliches und sauberes Haus

Es war alles super, die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt über einen Schlüsselkasten mit Zahlenschloss, sodass die an und Abreise sehr bequem war. Das Haus war sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und wenn etwas gefehlt hat, wurde es schnell gebracht. Alles in allem sehr schön und mitten im Wald gelegen.

Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende! Das ist sehr sauber und die Lage ist zentral - perfekt als Startpunkt für Wanderungen. Das Haus selber bietet mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten für 7 Personen: Draußen, drinnen, oben und unten ;-) Herzlichen Dank an den Gastgeber, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Großes sauberes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Umgebung

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich mitten im märchenhaften Teil des Rheingau (mitten im Grünen). Der Zustand des Hauses muss als sehr gepflegt und sauber beschrieben werden. Von der Einrichtung (Equipment) ist alles da was benötigt wird und befindet sich in einem für ein Ferienhaus sehr guten Zustand. Die Terrasse ist riesig mit einer idyllischen Aussicht. Was man wissen sollte: Aufgrund der geographischen Lage quasi kein Handyempfang (dafür freies WLAN im Haus) Die Auffahrt zum Parkplatz am Haus ist eng, bei mehr als zwei geparkten Autos auch keine Wendemöglichkeit. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und freundlich. Einzig die Kontaktaufnahme während dem Aufenthalt war aufgrund der schlechten Handyanbindung schwierig gewesen (bei Anreise diesen Punkt direkt absprechen, dann ist es kein Problem und es ist bei Bedarf umgehend jemand vor Ort). Fazit: klar zu empfehlen:-) Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage Bis zum nächsten Mal

Geräumiges Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten ein schönes, verlängertes Wochenende mit mehreren Leuten. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist wie im Inserat angegeben sehr weit entfernt von der nächsten Stadt, aber wir haben die Ruhe und Natur genossen. Für Selbstversorger Gruppen eine gute Wahl. Gerne wieder.

Bestens für Gruppen geeignet

Das Objekt ist sehr geräumig und quasi vollausgestattet. Wer Ruhe vor dem Alltag sucht, ist hier richtig. Lediglich die vorbeifahrenden Motorräder stören etwas. Zu den nächsten Restaurants und Supermärkten muss man immer einige Wege 5- 15 km auf sich nehmen.

Alles in allem in Ordnung

Schön gelegenes Ferienhaus mit ausreichend Platz innen und außen. Das Haus ist gepflegt und sauber. Es ist an Ausstattung alles vorhanden, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Übergabe und Abnahme des Hauses verlief reibungslos.

In der kalten Jahreszeit nicht zu empfehlen

Zusammengewürfeltes Haus mit Mobiliar und Design aus den 80ern im Nirgendwo ohne Mobilfunkempfang. Die Heizkörper geben leider nicht genug Wärme ab, um das Haus zu heizen. Im Gegenzug muss man 45€ für 46 Stunden (also weniger als zwei Tage) Gaszuschlag zahlen. Das fanden wir ziemlich unverhältnismäßig.

Natur und Ruhe für die Seele

Mit 3 Generationen und Hund waren wir hier eine Woche zu Gast. Unsere Tochter hat zwar etwas gebraucht, aber sich dann doch sehr wohl gefühlt, weil sie das Spielen und beschäftigen in der Natur wieder für sich entdeckt hat. Dieses Haus ist wirklich etwas für Leute, die einfach mal Ruhe haben und entschleunigen wollen. Es ist alles im Haus, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Man sollte aber schon wissen, dass kein Handy- und Internet Vorort ist, aber auch damit findet man sich gut zurecht wenn man das möchte. Bei schönem Wetter sind die vorbei fahrenden Motorräder manchmal etwas laut, aber das haben wir irgendwann auch nicht mehr wahrgenommen. Alles in allem also ein schöner Urlaub in diesem Haus!
