By public transport:
To reach our studio in Le Pré-Saint-Gervais by public transport, take metro line 5 and get off at Hoche station. From there, the apartment is just a 10-minute walk away. This line connects you directly to the heart of Paris, making it easy to get around the city.

By car:
If you're arriving by car, you can easily get to our studio. Le Pré-Saint-Gervais is well connected to major roads and freeways. Please note that street parking may be limited, but there are parking options nearby. Please ask us for parking recommendations.

Autonomous arrival:
We also offer the option of self-catering arrival. Prior to your stay, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to collect the keys and access the apartment. This will allow you to settle in at your own pace, avoiding any stress associated with arrival times. If you have any questions during the process, our team is always on hand to help.

No smoking inside the apartment.
Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood by avoiding excessive noise, especially after 10 pm.
Please leave the apartment as you found it and report any damage.
Pets are not allowed.

Arrival is autonomous and via a key box.

Early check-in & late check-out :
For any check-in before 4:00 PM or check-out after 10:00 AM, an extra fee of €10 per hour will be charged, subject to availability.
