Beautiful 2000 SF 4 Bedroom 2 Bath Home away from home. This home is equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Well equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own meals. Nice quiet neighborhood with a park across the street where kids can play. We have also included books, games, and children's toys. Older kids and adults can enjoy air hockey, foosball, and basketball games in the garage. Very spacious with king size beds in all four rooms plus a bunk bed in one of the rooms. Beautiful view from the back patio. Gorgeous sunsets can be seen. Close to grocery store and dining,
aad very popular coffee shop. Several popular hiking trails nearby, including Snow Canyon, Red Reef, Confluence Park, Kolob Canyon, Kanarraville Falls, and Candy Cliffs (Yant Flat). Our home is frequently rated very highly for both location and for being well stocked compared to other similar rentals. We use this house for our family vacations and have therefore made sure all desired supplies are readily available. Just for full disclosure we have experienced some settling of the floor which has resulted in some minor cracks in walls and floor. Most people barely notice it but some have commented that it should be disclosed. You should know the house foundation has been fully supported and is stable, but you will probably notice the floor has a few uneven spots and that the rear patio slopes downward. None of this should prevent you from fully enjoying the house and your vacation. Price of the rental is lower than other comparable homes and therefore provides an excellent value compared to other options you may find.
