Private Home-2 Bed/2 Bath -HOT TUB / Near Zion NP

2 bedroom, 2 bath small home. Private backyard with HOT TUB. Full kitchen and living room. Separate home with its own private parking and entrance. Minutes from downtown Hurricane. 25 minutes to St. George. 30 Minutes from Zion National Park. Only 10 minutes from Sand Hollow State Park and Quail Creek State Park and a short distance to FANTASTIC mountain biking like JEM Trail. Surrounded by unlimited recreational opportunities.



Our guest house was built in 2023 and sits back on our 1 3/4 acre property away from the road by itself. At about 800 sq. feet, it is comfortable with a full kitchen and living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen cupboards are well stocked with cookware and some basic cooking ingredients such as flour, sugar, oil and spices and has a BBQ outside for making a perfect meal after a long day of playing outside. There is a hot tub in the private backyard where you can relax and unwind and a gazebo/pergola to give you some shade. Home is located a short distance from the center of Hurricane where you'll find a full grocery store, post office, library and a decent choice of restaurants. Just a few minute drive or about a 25 min. walk to most businesses in Hurricane. There is a walmart located a few more miles down the road. A great central area for many recreational opportunities like boating, kayaking and off-roading, with Sand Hollow and Quail Creek State Parks only 15 minutes away and multiple National Parks easily within a days drive. Zion National Park is about 30 minutes away. Plenty of fantastic mountain biking in all directions like the JEM trail and Gooseberry Mesa.

NOTE: The private backyard area of the home is still a work in progress but the hot tub is in and the gazebo/pergola is done. Still working on getting the gas fire pit installed and a few little projects.



GUEST ACCESS



Guests have private access to the whole guest house and parking area so no need to feel like you're sharing someone else's space. Driveway can easily accommodate approx. 6 single cars or a few larger vehicles with trailers. There is a large field area behind the home where we are working to put in an orchard and is available for any use.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. This is a beautiful property, very clean, beds were very comfy and was stocked with everything we needed. The owner was super responsive. Everything exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this property.

The property is beautiful and just as listed. It had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked, condiments in the fridge and the most amazing towels for the hot tub! They had laundry detergent, soaps and shampoos and everything you need for a vacation stay. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the property and the hot tub was amazing after long days of exploring Zion and the surrounding area. The communication was great and they gave advise on local activities, had discount codes for mad moose utv adventures and even offered coolers and paddle boards if we were able or wanted to use them. The checkout process was so easy and they only had a few requirements compared to some places. The fresh eggs in the fridge topped it all off. They definitely know how to make you feel welcome and provide everything needed and more! We will definitely stay here again if in the area. I’d give more stars if possible. Excellent place and excellent owners!!

Fantastic location

Had a 3 day getaway to visit Zion, Bryce and Pink Sands State Park. The casita was clean and comfortable with all the amenities you could possibly need and more. Hosts were kind and accommodating, communication was fantastic! Would definitely stay again

Very, Very Nice

Our four night stay was fantastic! Quiet, charming and close to NPs, golf, hiking and other entertainment. The hosts are fantastic people and really strive to make your stay everything it can be. All the comforts of home make this the perfect place to get away and enjoy the Hurricane/St George area!

EXCELLENT

The Casita exceeded my expectations, super clean, well equipped, and conveniently located. Check-in was simple and smooth, and there was more than ample parking directly out the door. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating during my stay. The recommendations in the welcome packet were spot-on regarding local restaurants as well. Planning for another visit to Utah and would definitely like to stay again. Out of the several ti es and places I've stayed in the area, this place is by far the BEST.

Great stay near Zion!

We were very happy with our stay. The Vrbo was clean, comfortable, and stocked with necessities. It was the perfect place to wind down after long days of hiking Zion. Manager was great and communicative. Highly recommend!

Great retreat

We will definitely be staying here again if the need arises. Such an easy process overall and perfect accomodations. Beds, pillows and bedding were very comfortable, and I'm picky about those things. Kitchen had anything and everything and more than we needed. Full size washer and dryer were great. I don't have one negative comment or suggestion, it was a great place to come back to each day after being busy Treat yourself to this little Casita, you will love your stay.

Great Casita, Great Location!

Joe and Dawn have a beautiful Casita. The place is well stocked, clean, and the perfect base camp location for the National and State Parks. Hosts were easy to communicate with and we loved the little attention to details, such as a restaurant list and charging ports in the bedrooms. Perfect "home away from home" and we would definitely stay again!

I have lived in the Hurricane Valley for about 35 years and love this place for many reasons but mostly because the people here are amazing and there is so much to do in the outdoors in any direction you go. Whether it is canyoneering or hiking in Zion National Park, mountain biking one of the numerous trails in the area, boating on Lake Powell or on one of our local reservoirs or riding ATVs at Sand Hollow State Park, there is always something to do. We love having a spot where guests can stay to experience Southern Utah and love sharing our knowledge of things to do here, places to eat, or must do activities while you are here. Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions or concerns.

Hurricane is growing fast but still has a small town farming community feel. Neighbors still wave as you drive by we live in a quiet part of town with no traffic.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our place isn't the "best" place to stay, but it is a GREAT place to stay. Our guest house is located a ways back on a 1.75 acre piece of property so there is no sharing a small driveway or feeling like you are in the way. The home feels new and modern and feels like you are staying at a nice private vacation home rather than staying at someone else's house.
