Vuokraamme suuren, valoisan asunnon maalaistalon pohjakerroksessa. Se on olohuoneen nukkumisnurkassa parivuode (ja pinnasänky ja puhallettava parivuode), makuuhuoneessa kolminkertainen kerrossänky, pinnasänky ja vuodesohva kahdelle. Suuren keittiön pöydässä mahtuu helposti 8 henkilöä. Huoneisto on täysin varusteltu ja siinä on Internet, TV jne. Huomaa kuvat ja kysy erityisiä toiveita.


Tilalla asuu noin 50 eläintä, etenkin nautaeläimiä. Elämme maataloudessa ja turismissa. Vierailijat tallilla, pellolla tai metsässä ovat aina tervetulleita. Rothenburgin poistumalla seuraa viittaa Beromünsteriin. Tonin eläintarha ja MEYER-maatalouskonepaja ovat edelleen näkyvissä päätiellä noin 500 metriin Rothenburgin kylän jälkeen. 100 metriä sen jälkeen kun nämä esineet kääntyvät VASEMMALLA sivukatuksi 'Wurmistrasse', seuraa viitoitusta 'Hinderfeld'. Jatka tätä tietä noin 2 kilometriä. Juuri ennen Lucerne-Neuenkirch-moottoritien levähdyspysäkin vieressä sijaitsevan maatilan rakennuksia käänny oikealle sisäpihan sisäänkäynnille, ota huomioon viitta Hinderfeld. Juna kaikista suunnista Luzernin pääasemalle. Sieltä poistut asemalta linja-autoaseman suuntaan. Bussiyhtiö 'Auto-AG-Rothenburg' vie linjat 50, 51 ja 52 "Sandplatten" -kylään. Mene siellä noin 200 metriä päätietä pitkin polun tienviitan suuntaan ”Autobahnraststätte” tarkoittaa hiekkatietä. Kilometrin jälkeen tämä tie on ohi ja olet määränpäässäsi! KURSSISTA, TÄYTÄMME SINÄ PAKKAUSI BUSSIN PYSÄYTYSÄN! TERVETULOA!

Wonderful country retreat!

We had a great experience!!

This was an amazing place to stay!! We enjoyed the farm animals, and even got to see a baby cow that was only a couple hours old! Our favorite excursion was to Mt Titlis, which is beautiful, and they have lots of activities for families. You definitely need a car to get to this house, and around the area. I’m so glad we decided to stay here!

Wonderful House, Hosts, and Location

We stayed just over two weeks here, and it couldn’t have been better. It’s very much a working farm with cows, goats, chickens, and cats. The location is beautiful surrounded by fields and woods jn the background. The lodging was comfortable and very roomy. Elena greeted us when we arrived and helped out often while we were there. She speaks very good English. (Hans does not speak English and leaves the communication to her.) Our intent was to do day trips from there which we did. Within an hour to an hour and a half driving time is Jungfrau and the other peaks around there in one direction and Bern in another. Plenty to do. I highly recommend this place. And it’s also setup for kids.

Very beautiful farm area and clean house

We love nature so we were glad to see the fields, cows, goats, chickens, aand a beautiful typical swiss wood cottage. The house was very spacious and clean. Very close to Luzern. We are in a Europe roadtrip so a car is a must outhere in the farms.

Beautiful and peaceful stay!

We had the best time staying in Hans place. They are very friendly and the house is so clean and organized with plenty of rooms and huge kitchen. It felt like home away from home. This place is so peaceful and yet not too far of a drive by car. The children love staying there and they already talked about going back. Very highly recommended and will hopefully be back again one day!

Beautiful and Quiet

This place exceeded our expectations. City folks like us were not sure what to expect about living near a farm. Once we got there, I was so happy that I chose this place. The house was very clean! The kitchen was huge and was well equipped with everything you need to cook anything you want. The dining room and table was also very roomy. The bedrooms and the bathroom were also bigger than we expected. What we loved the most was the view of the mountains. This is a great place to stay and not that far from Lucerne and Zurich. We will definitely stay here again.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub - super Lage

Wir können als Familie diese Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen. Sie ist groß und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Lage des Bauernhofes ist für Ausflüge einfach klasse. Egal ob schwimmen oder zum wandern in die Berge, man erreicht alles innerhalb von 15 Minuten. Auch die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Relaxing stay at lovely place

We loved our stay at Burri's cottage. We had being traveling for a month already and this is one of the favorite places. ELena speeks English and we had no problem communicate. She was so nice to show us around, including the farm and recently born calfs . The apartment was very clean, nice and spacious. We had all we needed. It also has a small area for a outside breakfast or dinner, which we had and enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountains and the fields. They have a small playground for children, with trampoline. My girls 12 and 15 we're able to go around free and see different domestic animals. Hans let them to pet the goats, he was so nice and able to understand what my 12 years old wanted to see the goats;) even though it was already late and getting dark. The house located near the store, that sells all you may need including prepared restaurant food, 3 minutes by car. we went to see mountain Titlis, which had snow- fascinating views. It was amazing. thank you

Great stay!

Great place to stay with the family. We comfortably put up 2 adults and 2 teenage boys, and the apartment is so large you can also get lost there! Lots of supplies, huge kitchen with dining room, everything clean. The price is very reasonable and the hosts are very hospitable and always ready to help. Located outside of Luzern, but with easy connection by bus or train. Peaceful and quiet setting of the area, with mountains as the backdrop, was definitely a great experience. No complains or regrets.

Excellent holidays at Hinterfeld

It was a unique experience away from the city buzz to stay at Hans' farmhouse. The house provides all amenities needed and at the same time gives you a feeling of staying in a village closer to the nature. Hans and his family were extremely helpful in all respects, picking us from the bus stop when we arrived to arranging for a taxi when we left. The house is cozy, views of the alps are stunning, the cattle is awesome. All in all, a wonderful experience. Thank you Hans and family for making our holidays memorable. Note: The internet speed is a little slow.

El campo a un paso de la ciudad

Nos gustó mucho el entorno (paseos por el bosque, noches estrelladas,...) pero muy cerca de Lucerna. Los niños disfrutaron de los animales, de la cama elástica y de los juegos del parque. La casa muy limpia y con todo lo necesario y el trato recibido muy acogedor.

Da stimmt einfach alles

Unser Navi hat die Adresse gut gefunden. Es erwartete uns eine geräumige, helle, freundliche und saubere Wohnung. Die Bauern haben uns nett empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Wir hatten Glück mit unseren drei Kindern waren zusätzlich noch 7 Kinder aufm Hof unterwegs die sich Prima verstanden haben und sich nach den täglichen Ausflügen in der Umgebung am Pool zum schwimmen verabredet haben. Es standen ein Tischtennistisch, Basketballkorb, Schaukel, Rutsche, Pool, super viele Fahrräder (Tandem, Kinderrad, Laufrad, Dreirad, alles da) und klein Spielzeug wie Schubkarre, Förmchen, Wassertiere, Frisbee... zur freien Verfügung. Auf Nachfrage hat uns Hans noch 5 Kopfhörer organisiert, damit wir beim Nationalfeiertag lärmfrei die Flugshow in Brunnen beobachten konnten. Das Highlight war die Seilbahn aufm Heuboden, den wir leider erst am 5 Tag unseres Aufenthalts entdeckt haben. Vom Hof aus kann man in alle Richtungen zu Fuss oder Fahrrad die vielen Wanderwege nutzen. Abends konnten wir auf der Terrasse noch den Sonnenuntergang und das schöne Panorama genießen. Super nett fand ich, dass uns unser vergessenes Gepäck nach geschickt wurde, vielen Dank dafür nochmal. Ich hoffe wir kommen bald mal wieder. Es grüßt Familie T. von der Ostsee

Just perfect!

We stayed here for a long weekend and it was perfect for us and our 4 kids. The kids got to watch Hans bring in the cows and help his children bottle feed the calves and feed hay to the cows. They LOVED it! They will never forget it and could have fed them all day long:) Great location. Outside of the city but not too far, 20 minutes I think at the most. The kitchen was huge and there was a trampoline and swing set for my kids to play on at the end of the day. Nice trails all around. We grilled out with the alps in view. Couldn't ask for a better weekend.

Outstanding accommodations, location, and price!

We stayed at HOF for four days and LOVED it! We have an active family and two of my children played with the animals and Han's children every day. Everyone is welcome in the barn and around the animals. You can even help the family with the numerous daily chores. The apt is roomy, comfortable, and an outstanding value for the money, especially when you look at the rates hotels and other locations are charging. We spent afternoon and evenings times on the scenic back porch, looking at the mountains and the horse farm a field away. This is truly Switzerland at its best and we loved our time at HOF. Thank you to Hans and your family for making our visit so amazing! The Beale Family

A highlight of our trip to Europe

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hinder field even though we there only a short time. Hans was very accommodating even with our late arrival (23:00). A real working farm with the backdrop of the Swiss Alps; it really helped us "get away from it all." Wonderful walking paths. Road that the property is on is very narrow, it felt more like a driveway. Address did not show up in GPS but I was able to navigate by crossroads. Google Translate made communicating with Hans to set up the stay very easy.

Hinterfel"t"

Traumhaft schöne Aussicht aud die Berge der Zentralschweiz. sehr gut gelegen um Ausflüge zu starten. Verkehrshaus Luzern, Pilatus, Vierwalsstättersee ... . Das "t" steht wahrscheinlich für Toni den Hütehund, in den wir uns verliebten. Eine geräumige, saubere Wohnung mit toller Küche für die Selbstverpflegung.
