Located less than 100 meters from the port of Saint Martin, and 20 meters from the ramparts of Vauban, it is close to all amenities and offers a breathtaking view of the sea. It is a spacious studio which has: A living room with a sofa and a real folding bed of excellent quality. The living room has a table convertible into a dining table This accommodation has complete household appliances: washing machine, multifunction oven, refrigerator, hotplates, extractor, Nespresso-type coffee maker, etc ... The bathroom has a large shower, a basin and a toilet. The particularly pleasant swimming pool is of course at your disposal for the entire stay. This accommodation is equipped with a flat screen and unlimited Internet access. A private parking space is at your disposal for the entire stay. This accommodation also has a bicycle storage room.
