OCEANFRONT Property, beautiful views overlooking the beach. HUGE PRIVATE DECK!

Oceanfront rental just steps from the beach. Property is located on the beach boardwalk and is designed for 4-6 people. It has a large living room area, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, and an air mattress available if needed. Please note that the bathroom is accessed through the second bedroom (see photos). Spacious private deck with an amazing view of the ocean and boardwalk below. Includes deck furniture and BBQ (propane is provided). Beach towels and chairs available for use on the beach. Washer and dryer included (located in the garage). Property has security cameras at access points; garage, above downstairs kitchen door, top of staircase above upstairs door and above downstairs door. Restaurants, shopping, and other amenities close by.

Parking MAY BE AVAILABLE for an additional fee of $20 per night. If you require a parking spot, please inquire about availability BEFORE submitting a booking request.

Booking requests expire after 24 hours. A rental agreement is required and must be returned BEFORE your booking request will be approved. Please watch for communications from us in order to finalize your reservation. We cannot accept a booking request without a signed rental agreement and ID.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect and made it easy to explore the area. The beds were very comfortable, and we especially loved the huge deck—it was the perfect spot to relax and take in the beautiful sunsets each evening. We would definitely stay here again!

The beach house was everything we hoped it would be. The view, location, comfort of the home. All was phenomenal. Our family was very sad to leave and will go back again.

Location. Can’t beat it. Owners have done a nice job of making the property comfortable. This is my type of place (if you are looking for more modern, may not fit your expectations, but perfect if you like charm & location). Deck A

Sliding glass door off living room does not lock. Pillows could be updated. Heater did not work, nights got cold. Smoke alarm missing in bedriim

Hello, we are sorry these items were of concern during your stay and would have been happy to address them immediately, had we been contacted. We are nearby and typically able to address any issues promptly. The pilot light on the heater just needed to be re-lit, as it sometimes goes out due to its location near the sliding glass door. The lock on the slider is in working order and just required a quick adjustment. We do replace pillows and linens on a regular basis and upon inspection, could not find the pillows you were referring to. We do apologize that one of the smoke detectors was missing. It had been removed by a previous guest and we weren’t made aware. It has since been replaced.
