In Erquy, facing the beach and just 30 meters from the sand, this large family home enjoys a prime location in the heart of town, close to the port and shops. An ideal spot to fully enjoy seaside living and the village atmosphere.

- A shower room;
- A separate toilet.
Second floor (attic):
- A landing;
- 1 small bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm);

- Enclosed garden - small bathroom with toilet outside the house.
- Garage with washing machine and dryer. No parking space inside.
- Private parking. - Included: bed linen, household linen (towels and dish towels)
