Your biggest decision will be whether to float in the sparkling salt water pool, relax on your private deck nestled in the woods, or hike the nearby trails. Hang out and cook in your fully-equipped kitchen, grill steaks on your private deck, or go into Raleigh to experience all the amazing delights the city has to offer.

Just tell us how we can make your stay perfect! We look forward to meeting you!

With two bedrooms, a sofa, and available air mattresses, our apartment can accommodate your whole family! We typically host up to 4 adults and 2 children, and you can add 2 more by booking an optional 3rd bedroom downstairs off the pool deck. We have plenty of parking, the Wi-Fi is fast, and the AC is super cool! Ceiling fans in every room keep the constant island breezes flowing all around you.

Your private guest house is located next to our home, and we take Southern Hospitality very seriously! We can stock the refrigerator for you if you would like, set the hot tub to your preferred temperature, and with a little notice, even pick you up from the airport! Laundry service is often available with a little prior planning as well.

Our German Shepherds Sadie and Luna love to share their big fenced back yard and they love to host your fur-babies, showing them all the great spots to sniff, and sharing her favorite balls to chase.

Enjoy your two bedroom upstairs apartment with, lots of natural light, beautiful view overlooking the pool and hot tub, and well equipped kitchen (pretty much any appliance you might need while away from home, blender, coffee maker, crock pot, etc).

Brand new deck with seating area, and propane grill. Umbrella available for shade if desired. Feel free to sit out on the deck and enjoy your cozy home away from home.

Fenced in backyard perfect for visiting puppers.

Any accommodation within our power is yours. Just tell us how we can make your stay perfect! We look forward to meeting you!

Guests are welcome to enjoy the attached private family pool and jacuzzi hot tub. Lounge by the pool and relax while sipping a cold beverage and soaking up some rays!!

Outdoor fire pit available for evening enjoyment of 'Smores, or just the warmth.

Other things to note
there are 2 bedrooms, and a big sofa, we also have air mattresses that can be inflated for the living room.

The apartment is most comfortable with up to 4 adults, and up to 2 children. If you have more than this let us know, we may offer your group a 3rd (separate) bedroom downstairs off the pool deck for an additional fee per night.

Quiet hours from 11 pm until 9 am are very important. Guests are welcome to enjoy the hot tub and pool deck until 11pm unless other arrangements have been made in advance. (Translation: If you are quiet and respectful, enjoying an evening by the pool after 11 is not out of the question. :-) )

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please clean and cover Grill if used. Please Close and lock the bedroom window and the front door.
Please help us conserve energy by adjusting the thermostat upon departure. For AC, set to 78, and if using the heat, please make sure it is set at 62.
Load and run the dishwasher on the heavy cycle. Please include the coffee pot and grounds basket if you used it. We will come up and take care of everything else. Thank you for staying with us!!

We had a great time! The hosts were kinda d accommodating, providing us a pack n play and kids friendly utensils and plates. We loved visiting friends and family in the area. Hopefully next time it will be warm enough to swim .

what a great find! you can't beat a private pool and hot tub on a beautiful property in north raleigh. the guest house had everything we needed and the hosts were super quick communicators and lovely people. highly recommend!

Fun little apartment with a big pool! No accomodations were missing- full kitchen, towels, private grill, shampoo included, and more! Our AC went out overnight and it was fixed expeditiously. Tracie and Jay always responded promptly with helpful answers. Tracie even does the laundry!! Don't miss this one!

Pros: - Easy to locate- Place provides all the comforts of home- Cozy and AC works well- A wall of DVD’s to choose from- Enjoyed the pool, deck area & yard- Super accommodating to our puppy- Owners are sweet, thorough, accommodating, and friendly. - Owners are quick to text with all information and readily available. Cons- Not really any cons, however there are lots of the steps to the apartment and they are steep. Apartment is right next to the Main Street which some may find noisy. We enjoyed the location and how well the owners treated us.

Wonderful Time!

Jay and Tracy were lovely hosts. The pool is amazing, and the apartment is very cute. Needed a place with outdoor space for family and my pup to beat the heat and this home was perfect. Our hosts were accessible and quick to ask if we needed anything. I would highly recommend staying here.

Lovely place with accomidating hosts

My daughter, dog, and I stayed here for the weekend. The communication with the hosts was so nice and accommodating. The property was clean and everything that you needed was available. It suited our needs perfectly and is in a nice, safe neighborhood. Even though the weather was wet, our dog was still able to enjoy the pool! Thank you for being so accommodating!

Very attentive hosts

Most of my hosted stays have not had hosts on property. It was delightful to interact with our hosts daily and they were very communicative on all things regarding the rental. The pool area was a real highlight for my kids and we were lucky to have the perfect weather to enjoy it everyday during our stay. Everything we needed was provided - highly recommend!

Above and Beyond

Above and beyond our expectations!!! Owners are amazing and then on top of that met every request we had. They even let our dogs out to run around and enjoy the property too while we were at an NC State football game. 5 Stars all the way and know where we are staying when in Raleigh or any surrounding area.

Beautiful

When we first arrived, we were greeted by owners who showed us how to get in. Then told us if we needed anything to just ask them. Including spices from the kitchen or what not. The place is nice and cozy and comfortable. It was very well maintained and super clean.

Warm & Welcoming

What a perfect place for a family (including dogs!) to stay and feel like you’re at home. Tracie & Jay were very welcoming, warm, friendly, and accommodating - multiple times asked if there was anything we needed and encouraged us and our dog to use their pool/hot tub. We really felt like they wanted us to stay and enjoy the space to its fullest. The home was extremely clean and well maintained and such a bonus to have tons of bath and poo towels and plush cozy blankets - no shortage of linens! The DVD wall (so many!!) was also a wonderful touch. We were extremely happy with our stay and look forward to coming back!

Our HOME away from home

We are so thrilled that we found Jay & Tracie's place on here. They are both so very pleasant. And their pups.... we love them!! We absolutely loved this rental. Incredibly clean. Perfect Spit

I cannot say enough about how delightful my stay was at this location. I needed a location with close proximity to the home I was selling and this was the only one available. Jay and Tracie, the property owners were absolutely amazing! They go beyond to make their guests feel welcome. I am an older guest and they helped me in so many ways! And they loved my puppy dog, Maggie. I highly recommend it

Awesome Place!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property, Tracie, Jay, Sadie & Luna. We have never stayed at a place that was so beautiful and accommodating. My husband, myself and our 2 dogs could not have been more comfortable. We had everything we needed, the apartment was perfect and immaculately clean. I just can’t say how much we appreciate their hospitality! They excelled in making sure our every need was met. We will for sure stay here again. WOW!!!

We just can’t say enough about the hospitality we received from Tracey & Jay. They went above and beyond to accommodate our ever changing group. We were in town awaiting the birth of our grandchild and the Langley’s shared our excitement as much as family. We will be back so much they will most likely rename to apartment after us. 🤣

We have set this space up like we would want if we were renting it. Clean, clutter free, all the amenities you could want (ask if you need something not already here). Sheets and towels are high thread count, deluxe hotel quality. Pillows are brand new and many different styles.
