Newly renovated historic building in downtown Tulsa and close to everything! Walk across the street to the BOK Center, a few blocks from Cox Business Center, Cain’s Ballroom, Drillers Stadium, Brady Theatre, the Performing Arts Center..minutes from the Gathering Place, Utica Square Shopping, Cherry Street and River Parks. Only a 10min drive to the airport and the fairgrounds. All furnishings are West Elm. Washer/dryer inside the unit.

The place was awesome. Had a great view of Downtown and close to restaurants so I could walk. The bed was very comfortable. Jess was very welcoming and responsive to messages. Even checked in on me a few times. Will definitely stay here again next year.

Great location for events at BOK Center

We went for the Zach Bryan concert and it was so convenient to stay so close to the center. Apartment was clean and quiet and was everything we were expecting. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

It was in a great location- close to so many restaurants and venues. The exterior of apartment building was beautiful and the apartment itself was very well decorated and comfortable. It was perfect for our needs!

Best Place for one or two people.

Absolutely loved our stay here! We had convention with PaperPie at the cox center and it was a short walk there and even better a shorter walk to amazing restaurants! The place was decorated nicely and very clean with a relaxing vibe! Had everything we needed and more! Host was very attentive and friendly! Looking forward to stay again in the future.

The place was just perfect for our getaway for two! Decorated so nicely as well! Our stay was very comfortable. Also, Jessi gave us such good and clear instructions about check in and parking! Location was great for being in walking distance of our Downtown restaurant and the show we were seeing at Cain’s Ballroom. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay

Dual trip for business and pleasure. Property was short walk to meetings for the day. Property was well stocked, clean and safe with access code to building. The downtown area wasn’t as lively as I’m used to, but not a party animal. Short drive to historic Greenwood District. Would stay here again!!

Short & Sweet

We came to Tulsa for a concert and while there are hotels in the area I was looking for something quiet and a little more homey. This apartment was perfect! The building is charming and we found street parking for a whole $3! If we come back to go to Cain’s or another concert I’ll definitely consider staying here again.

Don’t count on it being available

We didn’t even get to stay at this property. I received 2 separate confirmations of our reservations but on the day of our arrival I messaged the owner for parking instructions & we were told the property was not available. They said they hadn’t seen this booking & cancelled it. This was a surprise trip for my husband, we had driven 7 hours & then had to find a hotel, it was a huge inconvenience. The only good thing I can say is that I received my money back.

Unfortunately, this was a huge misunderstanding. Thankfully, this guest admitted the 1 star review is based on never even seeing the property. I never confirmed the reservation or communicated with her until the day of her arrival when I found out about the booking and would have been more than pleased to accommodate their stay of course had there not already been guests at the apartment. I always..always communicate with my guests at least 2 times before their arrival to ensure the reservation.

Nice apartment - good communication, has everything you need. THe only thing to be aware of is that it overlooks the west end of Tulsa and the trains at night... can be a bit loud.

Very nice apartment

We absolutely loved our stay here. Apartment was very cozy and clean. Host was awesome, gave good recommendations on local restaurants. Checking in and out was a breeze, very close public parking. Would definitely stay here again.

City Comfort & Convenience

Spacious, well-designed apartment in a beautiful, historic Art Deco building. The apartment was in a perfect downtown location. If it hadn’t been so hot we could have walked almost everywhere we wanted to go. Comfortable and peaceful - we would definitely stay here again. Washer / dryer in the space and access to the gym on the basement floor definitely a plus

Perfect spot for me to break up the trip on my way to Phoenix.

The Adams apartment in charming, cozy, and clean. It is located just minutes from the highway and the airport. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet and pleasant to stroll around.

Downtown Ease

If your looking for an easy clean comfortable downtown apartment this is perfect for you. Close to several restaurants and convenient location for any direction in Tulsa or outlying areas. 1 bedroom with space to spread out and unit is in secured building. All amenities that you need are provided and unit is clean and comfortable. Parking on street is free from 5pm-8am with plenty of close spaces available. After 8am, there is a lot across the street that is $5 for 12 hours. Or continued parking on street for $1/hr. Owner Jessi communicated quickly and provided all necessary information. Happily recommend.

Excellent location

I was given very clear and specific directions about checking in and out. Communication during our stay was good. The place was clean. Location was next to so many different venues, that it was possible to just park next door and get to everything we wanted by foot. It felt safe, even though it was downtown.

A great stay

My fiancé and I stayed here while celebrating our anniversary and Jessi was super easy to contact and communicate with. The place was super clean and inviting and was a great place to stay at.
