IN JULY and AUGUST RESERVATIONS ARE FROM FRIDAY TO FRIDAY. <br><br>Come and recharge your batteries on the heights of Flayosc at the Longomai house. (that it lasts a long time in Provençal). This magnificent villa will satisfy you thanks to its many assets. <br><br><br>On a wooded plot of more or less 1.5 hectares, you will have plenty of time to rest by the 10x5m swimming pool, enjoying the view and the calm, not overlooked. A pool house with equipped kitchen adjoins the swimming pool and allows outdoor meals. Deckchairs, garden furniture and parasols are at your disposal. <br>After admiring the sunset from the deckchairs, outdoor lighting will accompany you for your most beautiful summer evenings. <br><br>for the interior part of the house, a second large fully equipped kitchen (with gas hob); <br>Two beautiful bedrooms on the first floor (160*200 beds) with a child's bed in one of the two bedrooms. <br>Each bedroom is served by a bathroom. <br>Access to the second bedroom is either from the outside or from bedroom 1. <br>A large and pleasant living-dining room of 50m² with fireplace (insert) sets the tone and charm to the whole house. Wood is available in winter. <br>A second living room is accessible from the central room, also consisting of a fireplace and a pool table. <br>From this same central room of 50m², a terrace of 25m² is facing south. <br>The first floor is served by 2 large bedrooms and a bathroom with bath, toilet and shower. <br>The first bedroom has a bunk bed (2*90*200) as well as 2 single beds of 80*200. <br>The second bedroom has a double bed of 160*200 and a dressing area.<br><br>The village of Flayosc is a 5-minute drive away and the many restaurants will delight the most delicate taste buds. <br><br>Villa between land and sea, the Côte d'Azur (Frejus) is 35 minutes away by car in a southerly direction and the Gorges du Verdon are also a 35-minute drive in a northerly direction, with its magnificent Sainte Croix lake and its water sports (canyoning, aquarando, rafting, pedal boat,..) <br><br>Tourist villages like Tourtour are a stone's throw from the villa.<br>Many activities are available such as local markets, visits to Sillan la Cascade or the Thoronet Abbey. <br>Lovers of good wines will visit one or the other wine estate such as the Dragon Estate or the Château de Berne. The latter can also welcome you for a day of relaxation and well-being (spa, massage and catering in a magnificent place) <br><br>Children are not spared since activities such as quad biking, tennis, tree climbing are near the villa.<br>A table football and a game of darts are available in the pool house; A wooden game (Molky) as well as petanque balls too (no field provided for this purpose at the moment but possibility to play it just behind the swimming pool on the heights) as well as a ping-pong table. <br><br>Finally, hikers can leave from the villa to a thousand and one hiking trails.<br><br>Here are the additional costs:<br>- A mandatory deposit of 1000€ is required.<br>- End of stay cleaning: 210€ to be paid in cash on the day of arrival.<br>- Bed linen: 12,5€ per person per week if desired.<br>- Towels: 12,5€ per person per week if desired.
