Appartement fidèle à la description, bien équipé, propre et bien situé pour visiter et se promener à pied dans Granville.
Bon contact avec la personne de la conciergerie qui gère la location.
À noter que la qualité du séjour peut varier en fonction des locataires présents dans les autres logements en raison de l’isolation sonore limitée liée à l’ancienneté de l’immeuble.
We (4 adults and 2 children) stayed for one week in the apartment and enjoyed our time. The apartment is as it is shown in the pictures - it is clean (a new kitchen!), relatively freshly renovated and functional. The communication with the landlord was fast and very well (thanks to DeepL). It was great that we could keep our bikes in a storage area on the ground floor as we had just cycled the Loire valley the week before. The communal hallway was quite narrow (for families who still have young children and need a stroller possibly too narrow) and the stairway was rather old and narrow, too - but this seems normal for an older building. The only negative point we noticed was that every door in the apartment was hard to close - and made noises when opening them and closing.
We did enjoy being in the city centre and able to walk anywhere. Overall we really enjoyed our time in this place and the friendly support the landlord provided. We would certainly recommend it.
Sehr schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, große Schlafzimmer mit guten Matratzen, perfekt ausgestattete Küche, ausreichend Besteck und Geschirr. Allerdings keine Zufahrt zur Wohnung, die in einer Fußgängerzone liegt. Man sollte also nicht zu große und schwere Gepäckstücke haben. Großer, sicherer und kostenloser Parkplatz in ca. 200m Entfernung.Gastronomie und Bäcker ganz nahe. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Adresse!
Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alles was man sich wünscht. Die Wohnung ist nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
