We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Biarritz, this charming flat with sight entirely renovated at less than one kilometre of the beach and being able to accomodate comfortably 2 travellers. Located on the 5th floor (with lift) in the residence "Victoria Surf", it consists of an entrance, a nice living room of 20 m² giving onto the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room. You will also be able to take advantage of the collective swimming pool within the residence (open in summer). Wifi fibre optic, sheets and towels provided, we are waiting for you!

The flat is exceptionally located in the centre of Biarritz, in a very pleasant environment between the Casino and the Hotel du Palais, with direct access to the Grande Plage. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with flat screen TV and sofa bed (sleeps 2).
- A fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room: electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, washing machine, crockery and cutlery, table and chairs...
- A shower room with shower.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: ironing board and iron.
