The house is nicely renovated and tastefully decorated. Situated between large trees, it is nice and cool even on warm days. Beaches and center of St Palais are well within walking distance. The shed and the pergola could use some paint, and the neighbors can see you, but that said: we had a great week. Highly recommendable.

Tranquillité et proximité

Une maison à parfaire, les propriétaires venant de l’acquérir, un peu « dans son jus » mais calme, fonctionnelle, avec un terrain ad hoc pour des enfants, une proximité idéale du centre et de la boulangerie à pieds, une situation sur la route des plages de la côte sauvage. Un accueil et des services au top assurés par Frédéric. Mini-LV ne pouvant laver que deux assiettes et trois tasses, mais ce n’est pas si grave.. Terrasse très agréable avec son auvent et si parasol, jolies chauves-souris à la nuit tombante. Une bonne note pour les nouveaux propriétaires

Les travaux d'embellissement seront réalisés durant l'hiver pour la saison 2023. Durant nos séjours, nous n'avions croisé jusque là qu'un joli écureuil sur notre terrasse. Nous veillerons à ce que les petites bêtes volantes ne s'approchent plus pour la quiétude des occupants.
