(private exteriors about 70 m2)<br><br>The kitchen open to the living room is very well equipped. Small + cooler and picnic necessary provided + Parasol. <br>These 2 bright rooms are separated by a breakfast/dining/aperitif counter for 3.<br><br>The 12 m2 bedroom has a 140X190 bed. <br>This room can be equipped to accommodate 1 baby.<br>Free service: travel cot + mattress, playpen + mattress, booster seat, changing table/folding bath, safety rail, baby monitor, potty, shower seat, meal equipment, towels, sheets and mattress pads.<br><br>In the living room, a 140 sofa bed can accommodate one person.<br>The bathroom has a spacious shower cubicle. <br>The toilet is independent.<br>The villa is located 5 minutes by car from the beach of Calvi, a supermarket and less than 10 minutes from the city center of Calvi.<br>Free parking is outside the villa in front of the entrance. <br>The garden is accessible by car for the installation and drop-off of luggage.<br>Composter and sorting bins in the garden.<br><br>Cleaning fees included.<br>Personalised rental contract with description of the accommodation.<br>
