Haus und Grundstück sind geräumig und eignen sich gut für einen Aufenthalt von 4-6 Personen mit Hund. Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind wie abgebildet. Für Selbstversorger ist alles da, was man zum Kochen und Essen benötigt.Da das Haus am Ortsrand von Soulac (an der Ortsdurchgangsstraße) liegt, hört man allerdings gelegentlich den Autoverkehr.Zu Fuß waren wir zum Plage centrale, an dem Hunde erlaubt sind, ca. 25 Minuten unterwegs, den schönen und belebten Ortskern mit Restaurants, Geschäften und Strandpromenade erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten. Beides erreicht man mit dem Auto i n wenigen Minuten und das Parken war eigentlich auch kein Problem.Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in dem schönen Badeort mit dem tollen Strand.

Sehr gut, die Unterkunft war sauber und geräumig. Die Kommunikation mir dem Vermieter klappte hervorragend. Das Ferienhaus liegt günstig unweit des Stadtzentrums von Soulac an der Straße und ist trotzdem ruhig.

Superbe séjour

Oui avons passés de belles vacances dans cette maison toute équipée avec un beau jardin Proche commerces et 3 mn en voiture de la plage. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et disponibles. Je conseille les yeux fermés
