A 170-square-meter single-family home, bright and very pleasant to live in, located in the heart of the “City Chosen by Nature,” set on a 1,200-square-meter landscaped garden.
Ideally located in the center, with everything within walking distance:
- Grocery stores and restaurants (5-minute walk): Supermarkets/Bakeries and pastry shops/Fish market/Butcher shop/Brasseries/Pizzeria, etc.

4 bedrooms with double beds: one bedroom on the first floor with its own shower room (walk-in shower and sink), the other 3 upstairs with a shared bathroom. 3 separate toilets (upstairs/first floor/pool house) and 1 bathroom in the pool house (walk-in shower and sink).
Numerous outdoor amenities: several terraces (including a covered one with a dining table), lounge chairs, outdoor seating area, hammock, barbecue, plancha grill, outdoor refrigerator, etc.

Bedding (sheets/duvet), bath linens (towels), and kitchen linens (dish towels and hand towels) are provided.
Basic necessities are available (groceries, cleaning supplies, etc.).
