A really beautiful condo with upgrades to pamper you on vacation. Our two-bedroom, one bath unit is located on the seventh floor and tastefully decorated in a tropical decor. Brand new kitchen cabinets, new granite in kitchen and bath, new backsplash and Vinyl floors throughout.. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you would ever need on vacation. The living room 43 in TV has HD with additional programming and a DVD player. Blackout curtains in every window great for naps and keeping the condo cool. The balcony, accessed from the living room or master bedroom, is perfect for relaxing and listening to the surf while enjoying the beautiful gulf views.

Both bedrooms have doors for privacy, queen size beds, 32 in TVs with regular programming. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience along with ceiling fans in each room for comfort.
Need internet during your stay? We have Personal secured WI-FI in the unit that is not shared so its full strength. The complex has unsecured WIFI you can use at the pool or on the grounds.

The unit is just under 700sf which we feel is perfect for a small family or two couples, sleeps a total of four (4). We also have a key less lock, so no keys to keep up with during your stay.

The complex boasts beautiful lush palm trees and flowers that surround the large pool with a double sided rock waterfall along with a hot tub steps away.

Charcoal grills and picnic tables by the Lagoon are perfect for grilling out by sunset.The complex also has two lighted tennis / Pickleball courts and a shuffleboard . You must provide your own equipment due to Covid 19 at this time.

For the boaters, we have a boat ramp and two private piers, one with boat slips with a $30 boat launch fee per vessel.

There is a $30 per vehicle parking fee paid directly to the complex when you arrive.

One day before arrival There will be a $500 damage insurance hold placed on your card. Two days after checkout the hold is released if no damage. This is just a hold and card will NOT be charged.

ACROSS THE STREET there is 100' of our private deeded beach with a covered Gazebo for our guests. All this and just a short distance from downtown Gulf Shores, you will find endless restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

Relaxing Beach Getaway – Clean, Comfortable, and Well-Managed

We had a wonderful stay at this beachside condo! The unit was exceptionally clean and well-kept, with thoughtful touches throughout that made us feel right at home. The owner was attentive and clearly cares about providing a great guest experience—everything we needed was available and well organized. Best weekend getaway!!

My daughter and I stayed here for my 40th birthday celebration! It was plenty big and had everything we needed! Great views on both sides and the staff there was wonderful!! We felt safe and relaxed the whole time!! Beds were comfortable, amenities were great and the beach access was a short walk!!

Favourite place in Gulf Shores

Love the condo and the amenities at GSSRC. Very clean and lovely furniture inside and outside on the patio that overlooks the ocean. All appliances are in excellent condition and well stocked utensils. The beach is wonderful out front and never required us going downtown to the public beach. Communication with the host is outstanding. Always replies in a quick and friendly manner. Thanks so much for letting us use your beautiful condo. Will definitely be back

Great stay!

Perfect location overlooking the Gulf and lagoon access. Condo was well equipped for our needs and decorated nicely. We have been to other larger and newer buildings but will always come back to Gulf shores surf and racquet. Gordon's are great to deal with.

Great beach vacation!

I would highly recommend booking this place if it's available. It worked out great for our family, was located in a great complex/location right across the street from the beach (also had great views of the beach from the balcony) and had an amazing pool (with hot tub) and pool area (especially nice for when the weather isn't great and after going to the beach). It also has it's own private beach area that's just a couple minute walk across the street from the complex. The host was responsive and helpful, it was quiet/peaceful, safe, plenty of parking, clean, had comfortable beds, the a/c worked well and had everything we needed. However, be sure to bring your own beach/pool supplies like towels, chairs, umbrella, floaties, cooler, etc. as they are not provided. Might also want to bring coffe filters, extra shampoo, conditioner and tp depending on how long you'll be there. A walmart, dollar general and other stores are close by to pick these things up. There are also many great restaurants, stores, markets and souveneir shops close by (5-10 min drive). We definitely look forward to going back!

Vacation 709A

The property is beautiful, very well kept. The condo that we stayed in 709A was clean and had everything we needed. I loved sitting on the balcony watching the ocean waves and hearing them hit the shore, This visit was our 3rd time renting from Gordon's rental and we can't wait to come back again. Beautiful Beach View Condo

We love the GSSRC! And this condo was great! Everything was perfectly clean and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need! Both beds were very comfortable! On top of that the condo is decorated beautifully! We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back!

A lovely spot for a getaway

This is a lovely condo with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and a roomy living space, conveniently located right off the elevator. It’s on the 7th floor so the view of the beach and ocean from the large balcony is perfect ! Kitchen was well stocked, washer and dryer worked great. Had a lovely stay. Great place

When we got there the condo was nicer then we expected. It has a great view of the ocean and the beach and pool were within minutes of the room. If we go back we will definitely book here again.

So thankful that Gordon’s keeps us posted on openings and we were able to make a quick trip to the beach. The condo is beautiful with an awesome balcony looking across to the ocean. It was a windy rainy weekend but being able to use the balcony and still listen to the ocean was so nice and relaxing. Enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Amazing Week!

We had an amazing week in 709A! We had a few minor hiccups and Kathy was just a phone call away. She helped us through which didn’t deter our week. This was our 4th time staying with Gordon Vacation Rentals and we always are sad to leave. Thanks for a great week. We will be back soon!

709A GSSRC, awesome stay.

We went there for a family reunion. Our group rented a total of 6 units for the week. Ours was by far the best condo. It was decorated extremely well. Clean. Beautiful tile in the shower. Granite countertops. Fully stocked kitchen. AC works great. Bed was so comfortable. View was insane! Drank coffee every morning on the deck watching for the daily dolphins swimming in the gulf. Slept with the sliding door open at night, listening to the surf. Cooked a prime rib in the full oven, shrimp and veggie skewers on the bbq’s down by the lagoon. Walk across street to the beach using private access walkway. White sands beach. Plenty of parking. Grocery carts to bring your groceries or luggage up the elevators in any of the three buildings. Tennis courts, pool, hot tub, boat docks. Already made my reservations for next years trip using the Gordon’s site.

The property is such a serine setting, and the folks at GSSRC are all very nice. I had a relaxing time here and the condo is spectacular, very tastefully decorated. the owner is great, she will take care of any needs asap. WE WILL BE BACK.

Winter getaway!

The condo complex is located in the west end of the Gulf Shoes coastline. We find it more enjoyable as it is more relaxing being away from the busier areas. The property has private access to the beach. The complex grounds are well taken care of. The complex has 2 wings behind the main building that are either side of the beautful pool area. The grounds are very well kept and lead to the lagoon waterfront and dock area where you can walk the dock and set and enjoy the view. In the winter months of Jan and Feb you can chose to join in meeting new friends or play card games or enjoy shuffleboard, racquetball or tennis. We have enjoyed meeting some very nice people. The staff is very friendly and welcoming!

Beautiful condo

My wife and I pulled our boat to GS for an extended weekend and this place was perfect for us. The condo was just as described and very nice. The building staff was very helpful with boat parking. Great view front and back.
