Waterfront Penthouse

This charming, top floor beachfront condo is conveniently located in the East End. It features an open concept living/dining area that is light and airy and there is a spacious deck that offers unparalleled views of Cape Cod Bay. Take in the amazing sunsets with friends over a good meal/cocktails before heading out for a night on the town.

The fully equipped galley kitchen includes a full-size range, refrigerator w/ ice maker and a dishwasher. There are two spacious bedrooms (one queen size bed and one double bed) and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additional features include cable/internet, central air conditioning and in-unit laundry.

The property has direct beach access and it is within a short walking distance to popular restaurants, bars and shops. Designated on-site parking available or it's a short 10 minute walk from the pier if arriving by ferry.

Amazing time!

We absolutely loved our stay at the waterfront penthouse! Plenty of space and such an amazing view and location. Right on the beach and super walkable to all the best shops and restaurants.The host was also super accommodating when there was a nor’easter and we asked to push our trip by a day

Amazing Second Time Stay

This was our second time staying at the property and it was just as great as we remembered. The views off the deck and proximity to the water are unmatched.

Super stay

This was our second time in this Beautiful property. Lily is a super host. She is available anytime you need her. The place is very peaceful right on the water with all the amenities that will need for a lovely stay. Thank you so much Lily.

Amazing

This place was fantastic. Spectacular view. Very comfortable and beautiful space. The deck was a slice of heaven. Our host was wonderful. It was close to town and yet slightly removed so it wasn’t too loud. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Loved the place, amazing views - very well located!

Great views from the top of the deck. Air conditioning worked well, rest of the place was just as expected. Very well located and nice to have a dedicated parking space.

Best place in PTown

The pictures online don't do it justice. It's even more spacious and clean in person. Being on the top level was an added bonus, providing stunning views of the water and a serene and quiet atmosphere, despite being just a short walk from the lively Commercial Street. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Provincetown.

Cosy off-season weekend

Wonderful little place in the heart of Provincetown, cosy and pleasant on rainy days and with a great view of the bay, both from the porch and from the living room. We enjoyed the sea air, wandered the town, walked the nearby beach in the rain and drove over to the vast Race Point Beach at the national seashore on our final sunny morning. Great communication and easy logistics. Thanks!

Great location - mini vacation

This property has a fantastic view of Cape Cod bay and is in the East End Gallery district which is a bit quieter than the center of town. We enjoyed coffee on the deck and watching the water/beach below. If you don't like exercise or climbing stairs, this penthouse condo may not be for you. We got our steps in for sure. We will surely stay here again.

Vacation rental close proximity to shopping and beach

The condo was nice and as described. Nice view and proximity to the water and beach as well as shopping/restaurants. There is construction going on throughout the building and the lower levels. The electric one out of three rooms the first night. They were responsive and we’re able to fix that the next morning. Numerous plumbing problems were being fixed in another unit which disrupted our stay. Overall, this was a nice visit but I would wait to rent until all construction is completed. The construction was not disclosed on the advertisement.

Serenity now...

A well appointed, penthouse apartment nestled in a quiet section of Commercial Street. Enjoy the serenity of morning coffee or evening drinks on the deck while watching the boats sail by. Shops and restaurants are a short walk and the parking spot seals the deal. Easy communication with the owner and all-around seamless experience. Our only issue was having our vacation come to a close.

Wonderful weekend in Provincetown

The property was lovely, located convenient to everything, but far enough away so be quiet in the evening. The views were spectacular. Lily was very responsive, even when we had kind of foolish questions because of lockbox user error on our parts! Already looking forward to returning next year, we can't thank you enough for sharing your lovely property with us!

A Ptown Gem!

We loved this place! Went with another couple and the space was perfect! Wonderful location, we loved sitting on the deck and walking down to the beach. Lily was super responsive and was a wonderful host. We will definitely be back!

Sunrise and sunsets were amazing!

This place met all my expectations. The location was perfect, the accommodations were very comfortable and clean. The deck was the caveat, hard to resist spending all your time out there for the sunrise and sunset. My only suggestion is to back into parking space from road. There are only 4 parking spaces and if they are all full, you will either have to back in or back out. I realize parking is a premium in town and having a smaller vehicle is a plus. I would definitely stay here again and passed listing on to a friend.

Beautiful Stay with Breathtaking Views

Couldn’t be happier with the property. It was easier to find, offered every amenity needed, and had some of the best views of the ocean I’ve seen. We hope to be back soon!

Wonderful Girls Weekend!

Three childhood friends (now moms) get away for two nights. This property was absolutely perfect - clean, comfortable and perfectly located. We walked or biked everywhere. Easy stroll to the restaurants/coffee shops/stores. The deck is amazing. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises with our coffee and sunsets with wine and cheese. The beds were comfortable and all the amenities were as described. The parking spot is small…so it was very tight for a pick up truck. There was also construction happening in the building next door - but, it wasn’t terribly bothersome. We had one minor issue at check in and we reached the property owner quickly and she resolved the issue right away. We would not hesitate to return to this property again.

The location, the view, the deck, and the furnishings--all wonderful

At the top of the stairs is this gorgeous condo with views from Truro to PTown harbor and beyond. We had a great stay here. Even though there was a maintenance issue that came up, Lily, the property manager, was immediately responsive and stayed in touch with us throughout. And I'm sure the problem is fixed now. It was the best level of communication ever from a VRBO host! Everything else was great: the beds were super comfy, high quality sheets and towels, huge closets for clothes and luggage, near everything. It is on the top floor, which is how you get the view, and there are steps to get to the unit. I appreciated the extra steps as a way to offset all of the rich restaurant meals. We are already planning next year's trip and will stay here again.
