5 ***** holiday home "Zum Haff-Glück" for a break in beautiful surroundings

Our thatched 5 star holiday home was completed in June 2014 and you will find it directly on the beautiful, naturally enclosed Stettiner Haff (fishing village) in the southeast of the island of Usedom. On an area of approx. 89 m2, the lovingly furnished house has a cozy living and dining area, kitchen, 2 bathrooms (2 showers and a bathtub) and 2 bedrooms. High-quality furnishings with a spacious sauna and a fireplace allow you to experience pure relaxation. The kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave, allows you to enjoy cooking or baking. The sunny living area with its seating and entertainment corner (TV, radio) is also equipped with a sofa bed. There is also a children's travel bed and a high chair. Two beautiful sun terraces, one on the south-west and one on the east, invite you to relax in the sun, enjoy a leisurely breakfast or a barbecue (Weber grill). There are also two private parking spaces directly in front of the holiday home and in the garden of the house there is a small playground with a sandpit, 2 swings and a slide. Let yourself be enchanted by the nature of Usedom. The white sandy Baltic Sea beach with fresh Baltic air, the Usedom lake landscape with the two largest lakes on the island, the Gothensee and the Schmollensee in the hinterland of the three imperial baths Ahlbeck / Heringsdorf / Bansin, as well as the largely untouched bogs and forests will make this holiday unforgettable. In addition to a variety of bike tours, you also have optimal options for planning and carrying out hiking tours from the holiday home. The local nature is an experience! Embedded in the beautiful nature of the island of Usedom, there are 2 golf clubs in the immediate vicinity of the three-emperor baths. Just a "drive" from Europe's longest beach promenade, you will find everything a golfer's heart desires. There is a charging station for electric cars and electric bicycles at the house.

Das Haus war tadellos sauber und gepflegt. Der Austausch mit dem Eigentümer und der Agentur war perfekt. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und lädt täglich zu einer Runde mit dem Rad ein. Wir haben jeden Tag bewusst genossen.

Urlaub vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag

Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus und ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht zum Urlaub machen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben vom ersten bis zum abreisetag, einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub gehabt und würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen. Der Kontakt war vom Anfang bis Ende immer vorhanden. Alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Von uns gibt es in allen rubriken volle 5 Sterne.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage

Der Gesamtaufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer/Vermieter war wirklich sehr gut, habe ich so noch nicht erlebt. Viele Tipps und Hinweise erhalten und sehr freundlich. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für den Check In bzw. Eher für den Checkout. Hier wäre es schöner den vorhandenen Schlüsselsafe zu nutzen. So mussten wir einen Abend vor Abreise eine genaue Zeit am Abreisetag nennen. Empfanden wir als etwas stressend. Auch waren bei Anreise sehr viele Spinnweben im Haus. War nicht ganz so schön. Wenn das Haus länger nicht genutzt wurde sollte man hier vor der nächsten Anreise noch einmal kontrollieren. Aber wie gesagt, sonst war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und eine tolle Unterkunft.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir waren sehr sehr zufrieden mit unseren Unterkunft im Urlaub. Das Fischerdorf liegt zear etwas abseits, dafür aber sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Die Häuser sehen traumhaft ausund underes war auch von innen sehr schön. 2 Bäder war ein Luxus für uns. Die Terrasse mit den Möbeln waren sehr bequem. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit allem was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Das Haus liegt in Mitten einer ruhigen kleinen Ferienhaussiedlung in der Nähe Zirchow's. Im Haus ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man braucht. Von Sauna über Kamin über Terasse und sogar eine kleiner Spielplatz direkt am Haus gelegen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und die Besitzer haben sich viel Mühe damit gegeben. Alles in Allem ein wirkliches Traumhäuschen.

im Ferienhaus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, sehr gute Ausstattung, alles sauber. Der Ferienhauspark selber ist recht dicht bebaut, die Flora könnte etwas dichter wachsen. Wer sich an so etwas aber nicht stört, ist vor Ort gut aufgehoben. Die Umgebung ist es auf jeden Fall wert !

5 Sterne ?

Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Ambiente lädt ein zum Verweilen und Relaxen. Sehr nette Vermieter, Anfragen zur Anreise und zum Haus werden sehr schnell beantwortet und es wird für alles eine Lösung gefunden. Der Service vor Ort ist Bestens. Es gibt einen kleinen Bäcker, wo man täglich frische Brötchen und süße Leckereien kaufen kann. Die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und man hat ganz schnell den Kontakt gefunden. Für Familien bzw. für Paare ist dieses Haus bestens geeignet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir haben die Ruhe genossen, die Sonnenstrahlen eingefangen und es ist uns sehr schwer gefallen, wieder nach Hause zu fahren. Die 5 Sterne für den Vermieter sind eigentlich noch zu wenig.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit Freunden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und kümmern sich bei Fragen umgehend. Das Ferienhaus ist eine glatte 1 und hat die 5 Sterne locker verdient. Im Moment wird in dem Gebiet noch gebaut, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Bei weiteren Aufenthalten würden wir hier immer wieder auf den Vermieter zu kommen.

Tolles Haus, nette Vermieter, viel zu entdecken

Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Fussbodenheizung überall ist sehr angenehm. Schaukel und Rutsche neben dem Haus direkt neben der Terrasse sind echt gut durchdacht. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu sehen, es empfiehlt sich mit dem Auto zu fahren, wenn man Kinder hat, die nicht 100 % verkehrssicher sind. Der Weg bis zum Fischerdorf ist teilweise stark befahren. Wenn man zum Wasser möchte, muss man entweder nach Kamminke (~ 6 km) oder noch weiter. Vom Fischerdorf haben wir keinen direkten Weg gefunden. Unangenehm war auch ein Gärtnertrupp, der einfach überall arbeitet, auch wenn man gerade im Haus ist, aber das war nach ca. 1 Stunde vorbei. Morgens ab 8 Uhr steht ein Bäckereiwagen im Feriendorf, der sehr leckere Brötchen liefert. Tipps für Ausflüge sind im Haus von den Gastgebern und den Gästen hinterlegt. Die Sauna ist extra zu bezahlen, was aber verständlich ist bei den Energiepreisen. Die Dorferweiterung geht zügig voran, aber von Baulärm nicht die Spur, da das Haus ganz am Ende des Dorfes liegt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es leider nicht in Zirchow, man muss schon nach Ahlbeck oder Swinemünde. Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub in einem tollen Haus in einer sehr schönen Gegend mit sehr netten Gastgebern, die sich sehr bemühen, den Gästen ein angenehmes Willkommen zu bereiten. Sehr gut ist die Info App, die zum Urlaub gehört.

Auszeit

Wir waren Ende Februar für eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Das Wetter hat es gut gemeint. Es war sonnig aber kalt. Wir waren viel wandern, aber auch mit dem Auto unterwegs. Die Fußbodenheizung im gesamten Haus und die Sauna haben uns nach unserer Rückkehr verwöhnt. Es ist auch sonst alles im Haus vorhanden, was man sich wünscht. Vor allem die Ruhe in dem Fischerdorf um diese Jahreszeit ist genial. Wir haben es genossen. Das Haus ist wirklich 5-Sterne wert. Überzeugt Euch selbst.

Top ausgestattes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage - hervorragende Betreuung

Bestens ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage - in unmittelbarer Nähe des Flughafens Heringsdorf. Der Fluglärm hält sich dennoch in Grenzen, da sehr wenig Flugverkehr. Auto zu empfehlen. Fam. Bransmöller kümmert sich perfekt um die Mieter und bietet mit einer digitalen Informationsmappe einen hervorragenden Service. Nächste Bademöglichkeit am Haff ca. 3,5 km per Fahrrad/zu Fuß oder 8 km per Auto entfernt.

Sehr guter Kontakt zum Vermieter, sehr schönes Haus, alles drin was nötig ist, um sich wie Zuhause zu fühlen. Sehr gut auch der W-LAN Anschluss, da sonst kein Hdy Empfang (O2). Das kleine Fischerdorf inmitten von schönen alten Bäumen, am Rande der Steilküste zum Haff und abseits einer Hauptverkehrsstraße, idyllisch gelegen. Den Rest müssen Sie selbst erkunden 😉
