Amandine thought of every detail to make the guest stay enjoyable, including the two terry cloth bath robes dans la salle de bain! Loved the closeness to the city center and five minute walk to free city parking lot, boulangerie and restaurants. Kitchen amenities and washer-dryer are a plus.

This apartment has exceeded our expectations! Super clean, kitchen very well equipped with everything you need to cook, appliances very modern. Everything worked well even tv was easy to activate! Large windows provide light and air if you want. High ceiling with means gives character. Queen bed very comfortable, lots of closet space! Location fantastic: half a block from river with walking trail and some boat cafés! Parking very close. I highly recommend. Hosts very accommodating.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet bel appartement dont l’intérieur est soigné et très bien équipé avec bcp de goût. Même dans la cuisine ne manque rien. En plus il y a bcp de serviettes de qualité pour la salle de bain. Le contact avec la propriétaire était très agréable. L’appartement est très, très bien situé et l’environnement est très calme ; dans quelques pas on arrive au bord de l’Yonne ou aux quelques restaurants. Nous recommandons l’appartement très fort.

Schöne Wohnung in einer historischen Stadt

Wir waren von dem Appartement begeistert. Es ist wirklich so, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Der Checkin erfolgte problemlos und kontaktlos. Die Hinweise der Gastgeberin zum besten Parkplatz, und die Anweisungen zur Bedienung der Lockbox waren sehr präzise und einleuchtend. Die Ausstattung ist schön und praktikabel. Angefangen vom Schlafzimmer mit einem bequemen Bett und geräumigem Schrank, einer Küche mit Kaffeemaschine und Induktionsherd und vielem Mehr, über ein modernes Badezimmer mit einem großen Spiegel. Darin noch eine Dusche mit Thermostat und Haushaltsgeräten wie Waschmaschine und Trockner und abschließend einer kleinen aber funktionellen Toilette. Die Wohnung ist angenehm hell gestrichen und modern dekoriert. Die historischen Eichenbalken beeindruckend man bekommt ein Gefühl dafür, warum das Haus die letzten Jahrhunderte überdauert hat. Wenn man im Wohnzimmer konzentriert lauscht kann man manchmal die Nachbarn leise hören.- Im Schlafzimmer war dies nicht nie der Fall. Durch die Fensterläden und Verdunklungsvorhänge blieb es zum Einen angenehm kühl und zum Anderen morgens auch äußerst dunkel. In der nahen Umgebung gibt es einen ziemlich guten Handwerksbäcker und einige leckere Restaurants. Kurz um eine tolle Unterkunft in dieser schönen historischen Stadt.

Charmant petit appartement très bien situé, calme et fonctionnel. Très propre et agréable à vivre. Très bon accueil et disponibilité de la propriétaire, je recommande vivement !
