Sehr schönes und gemütliches Ferienhaus, es fehlte uns an nichts. War auch alles sauber, einzig die Schubladen im Bad und in der Küche waren von innen etwas dreckig (das ließ sich aber schnell beheben).Lage ist super: Spielplatz direkt hinterm Haus, Dünen sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen, auch zum Strand sind wir mit unseren Kindern (10, 9 und 7 Jahre) spaziert. Vermieter reagierte auf Anfragen schnell und sehr freundlich. Wir empfehlen es!

Das Haus ist generell klein, hat aber eine große Terrasse, die Lage direkt an den Dünen ist wirklich toll.Zum Haus: Wie die vorigen Bewertungen ja beschrieben haben, es ist dreckig, als wir ankamen, war der Abfluss in der Küche verstopft und aus dem Duschabfluss kam übler Geruch. Jeglicher Bestand, vom Besteck bis zu den Zimmern ist lieblos zusammen gesammelt. Auch gab es keine weiteren Informationen ( wo ist der Müll, wie lautet das WLAN-Passwort, etc.. ) Der Ofen ist dreckig.Würden wir mehr so nehmen und ist auch nicht zu empfehlen…

Schönes Häuschen aber

Das Häuschen an sich ist schön, vor allem mit der überdachten Terrasse. Auch die Lage in der Nähe der Dünen und eines riesigen Strandes ist insbesondere mit Hund und wenn man die Ruhe sucht zu empfehlen.Aber: Die Sauberkeit ließ leider zu wünschen übrig, vor allem in der Küche. Der Kühlschrank stank und war nicht ausgeputzt. Der Backofen war so dreckig, dass wir ihn nicht benutzen wollten. Insektenkot auf dem Boden und Fußleisten zeigt, dass nicht gewischt wurde. Das Bad war in Ordnung. Aber insgesamt war der Eindruck nicht besonders sauber, was sehr schade war.Die Nachrichten wurden vom Vermieter recht schnell beantwortet. Zum Hinweis mit der unsauberen Küche hat er leider nichts gesagt. Ebenfalls hätten wir uns eine kleine Info-Mappe o.ä. gewünscht mit Infos zu WLAN, der elektrischen Überdachung etc. So mussten wir alles ausprobieren. Es wäre einfach ein gastfreundlicherer Empfang gewesen, insgesamt leider schade, weil es eigentlich ein schönes Häuschen ist.

Rundum zufrieden

Modernes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit kleinen Finessen, wie elektrische Rolläden und ebenso elektrisch einstellbarer Sonnenschutz der Terrassenüberdachung. Traumhafte Dünenlandschaft und feiner Sandstrand in fußläufiger Nähe. Und der Strand war zu keiner Zeit überlaufen oder voll. Tipp: Wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist, sollte trotzdem fahren. Ziemliches Gefälle. Aber Parkplatz ist nah dran. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca. 6 Minuten mit dem Wagen. Die Nachbarshunde haben auf unseren mit ziemlichen Radau reagiert. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Gut ausgestattetes, ruhiges Ferienhaus +++

Wir haben das Haus schon zum 2. Mal gebucht und uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt! Die ruhige Lage in Strandnähe und abseits vom Trubel ist genau das, was wir gesucht haben! Der sehr nette Vermieter ist total unkompliziert. An- und Abreise sehr angenehm kontaktlos.

Proche de la mer en passant par les dunes

Nous y avons séjourné 4 nuits, à 3 (couple avec notre fils). Gîte bien placé pour découvrir les grandes plages de sable du Cotentin. Gîte bien équipé et neuf. Terrasse agréable et jardin clos très appréciable avec notre chien. Un peu de vis-à-vis et à côté du parc pour les enfants.

Maison idéalement située, décorée avec goût, fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Rien ne manque, four, micro onde, wifi, grande TV, literie de bonne qualité, tout est bien pensé. Accès rapide à la plage, proche des spots de surf/windsurf/kite. Merci, nous reviendrons !

PARFAIT avec les soleil en sus !

Depuis le début la communication était parfaite et tout était fait pour nous simplifier le séjour. Les lits faits ( literie impeccable ), les ustensibles de cuisine en conformité avec le descriptif. Les pièces confortables y compris la terrasse mais comme le temps était superbe, nous avons profité des plages et des restaurants locaux. Séjour inoubliable de la part de tous ! A ne pas râter

Nous sommes ravis de ce séjour. La maison est tout bonnement géniale. Tout est vraiment bien pensé, agencé et équipé. Rien ne manque. Le propriétaire a, j'imagine, conçu ce bien comme s'il devait l'habiter. C'est vraiment un sans faute !! La région est très sauvage et pousse à la balade. La dunes sont attenantes et la plage immense un rien plus loin.

Schönes Haus in extrem ruhiger Lage

Zuerst müssen wir erwähnen das die Fragen die wir dem Vermieter gestellt haben prompt und super freundlich beantwortet wurden. Auch die Frage ob wir eventuell 1 Stunde früher zum Haus könnten weil wir den Verkehr schlecht einschätzen konnten wurde sofort beantwortet mit den Worten wir sollen uns keine Sorgen machen und natürlich würde das gehen. Die Schlüsselübergabe mit einem Kasten an der Hauswand war total klasse weil man nach der doch sehr langen Fahrt keine Umwege mehr machen musste! Das Haus war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Leider war in der Küche in einem Schrank noch gekochter Reis und der Kühlschrank roch etwas. Das war aber auch alles. Die Betten und auch alles andere waren sauber und nicht die Spur abgenutzt. Das Highlight war die Überdachung und die Seitenwände auf der Terrasse. Gleich gemerkt für zuhause😅 Die Umgebung ist sehr sehr ländlich. Wer zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad an den Strand möchte oder einkaufen (Brötchen etc.) muss wirklich eine sehr gute Kondition haben . Die Berge waren echt steil und zum einkaufen war es doch ein Stück. Dafür ist das türkis klare Meer direkt um die Ecke und nach dem Berg runter ein echter Genuss. Wer shoppen möchte oder viel sehen und erleben ist zwingend auf ein Auto angewiesen. Gewünscht hätten wir uns noch tiefe Teller und einige Küchenutensilien. Dringend erneuert werden muss der Wäscheständer der unter eine Maschine Wäsche zusammenklappt. Es war super schön und alle waren äußerst freundlich trotz Sprachbarrieren.
