1 living room with sofa bed for 1 person with duvet and TV -
1 kitchenette equipped with electric hob 2 burners, washing machine, oven, small fridge-freezer and microwave -
1 bathroom with shower, toilet and basin -
Heating package of 20 €/week from October to May. Electric heating. Washing machine. Garage. Good condition (maintenance and painting).
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, extra pet (1 small dog allowed: -7kg), deposit by bank card and, possibly, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...).
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August (other periods: week).
