There are two outdoor swimming pools and jacuzzi's overlooking Lake Travis, Tennis Courts, Private Marina with rent-able boat slips and boat rentals nearby, the resort is surrounded by a premier golf course. This condo is a One Bedroom & One Large Bathroom with large bathtub and a separate shower Travertine Tiled Floors and gorgeous Dark Walnut Hardwood Floors throughout.There is a private balcony off the bedroom with seating area and panoramic views of Lake Travis. There are Many things to do nearby, hiking, boating, swimming, golfing,fishing,and Austin just 45 min's away!

Very clean, well appointed condo located in a very old run down, mostly abandon complex that is located on the lake without access and off the main roadways. Not a Luxury Condo / Condo complex as listed. This listed view is from the bedroom, not the living room.

The unit we stayed in was very clean and was supplied with all the essentials. Gate and room access was seamless.The complex itself could definitely use a thorough cleaning (powerwash) and maintenance. The elevator close to our unit was out of service, the indoor hot tub was not available for use as it had not been cleaned and refilled.The outdoor pool and hot tub were very nice but there was an ant problem.

The condo had a great location and scenic view of the lake. We enjoyed the hot tub several days and ate at the on-site restaurant right next door to the condo. My only complaint was the bed was hard.Overall great experience.

Our family and I love to travel which is why we decided to invest in vacation rental properties in some of our favorite places to travel to. My husband is from Texas and went to college at UT so Austin has become a second home to us. We have owned this condo for almost 20 years and still find it to be one of the most beautiful Scenic spots on Lake Travis. It’s peaceful and serene with breathtaking views. Which is why we love to come visit very often.
