Upstairs: a mezzanine open to the living room with 1 140 cm bed.
Baby equipment available: bed + chair.
Small garden with south/west facing terrace comprising garden furniture (table, chairs, 2 deckchairs), awning and barbecue.
Garden shed with washing machine and a refrigerator with freezer section. Private parking.

Access to the beach by footpath, close to cycle paths.

Pets not allowed. Sheets and household linen not provided. Tourist tax not included.
Optional end-of-stay cleaning package ACCORDING TO AVAILABILITY (+70€), to be booked with the agency.
Security deposit: €350 BY BANK CARD ONLY (pre-authorization).
A cleaning deposit may be requested.
