Bonjour Isabelle,
Merci pour votre retour, nous prenons note de vos remarques. Effectivement nous n'avons pas de balai, mais une balayette et un aspirateur ( la pelle ramasse pourssière a été oubliée à l'extérieur pendant le ménage avant votre arrivée.)
En ce qui concerne la plaque électrique, nous l'avons testée et nous confirmons qu'elle fonctionne trés bien, par contre fort de son utilisation , la graduation de 1 à 6 s'est effacée, nous allons y remédier.
