A 20m² air-conditioned studio cabin located in building F on the top floor with elevator, offering unobstructed and commanding views of the gardens, pool, and sea. It can accommodate 4 people, including two children (two bunk beds in the entrance) and a sofa bed (140 cm). A modernized and equipped kitchen area (microwave, mini oven, washing machine), a newly renovated bathroom with bathtub and toilet, and a dining area are available. A garage is available in basement level 142. Pets are not allowed. Housekeeping is included in the price. Access to the pool and tennis courts. Pool open from mid-June to mid-September. Linens not included.
