Surface area : about 47 m². 4th floor. Orientation : South. Living room with bed-settee. Bedroom with double bed (140*190), sliding door. Sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (80*190). Kitchenette with special heater to prepare La Fondue, special heater to prepare La Raclette, kettle, coffee machine, oven, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, 4 induction cooking rings, fridge. Separated WC. Bathroom with bath-tub. Balcony. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.

Proximity to slopes and town great. The pictures show the apartment well however the sofa bed has its best location next to the TV so not the most practical to sit comfortably and watch TV.
