Este hermoso departamento remodelado cuenta con un amplio balcón con impresionantes vistas a las aguas color esmeralda y las arenas blancas y brillantes de Destin.

Los muebles exteriores ofrecen el lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de la brisa costera.
Ubicado en el segundo piso (sin ascensor), este condominio tiene capacidad para hasta seis personas (ideal para familias con niños) o cinco adultos maximo, e incluye dos espacios de estacionamiento.

La unidad ha sido convertida cuidadosamente en 1½ dormitorios, lo que permite ofrecerla a una tarifa más baja que un condominio de dos dormitorios, manteniendo un diseño abierto y luminoso.

La sala de estar ofrece cómodos asientos, televisor de pantalla plana y un sofá cama tamaño queen. La cocina está completamente equipada con todo lo necesario para preparar comidas, incluyendo amplias encimeras de granito. Un encantador comedor completa el diseño de concepto abierto.

El área de invitados cuenta con literas individuales y un armario, mientras que el dormitorio principal ofrece una cama tamaño king, cómoda amplia, armario, ventilador de techo, televisor de pantalla plana y una hermosa vista.

También encontrará dos baños, ambos con ducha tipo walk-in, además de la comodidad de una lavadora y secadora dentro de la unidad, televisión por cable e internet de alta velocidad.

Sandpiper Cove es un complejo residencial cerrado ubicado en el corazón de Destin, rodeado de excelentes restaurantes, centros comerciales, supermercados, parques de diversiones y campos de golf de primer nivel. Muy cerca se encuentra el Destin Harbor, donde podrá alquilar pontones y motos acuáticas, realizar cruceros para ver delfines o disfrutar de la puesta del sol, excursiones de pesca en alta mar, buceo, esnórquel y muchas otras actividades.

This was a great place to stay! Everything as it stated! Was not expecting the amenities of shampoo and soap. That was a nice bonus! Walk out to beach and beach chairs was a bonus!

The whole week was amazing. From the view of the ocean and how nice the condo was. You are 5 to 10 minutes away from everything Destin offers. We will be back next October. Myrian was very helpful.

This is our third stay at this condo, and each time is better than the last. The condo is clean and modern and has all the amenities that my children and I need. The beach is a short walk down the stairs, and the host provides beach chairs and umbrella, which is much appreciated. The host's communication is A. I highly recommend (and will continue to book) this location!!!

The unite was clean, very close to the beach and had a great porch/deck. We loved staying at this property. The whole family had a great time. It took us a day to get adjusted to how loud the AC blower was but that was a minor thing. We would love to stay here again!

The area and building were perfect. This was my first trip to Florida and it could not have been more perfect . Anything I needed was nearby and the beach was right outside our door. Everything was comfortable and the host was very quick to answer my questions. STAY HERE!

Everything about the property was excellent. Beautiful views and the rooms were clean and set up so nicely with all the amenities listed. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay that was close to everything, shopping, resturants and of course ... the beach! Our host was very gracious and helpful. I hope to make this a yearly visit - it was that perfect!.

Great place to stay. It was nice sitting on the porch each night watching the ocean. Everything was perfect...clean house, close to the beach and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay. Thought the words written in blanket on bed was sweet. Thank you!

Returning customers

This was our family’s 2nd stay in this beachfront unit and it was just a fantastic as before! My parents were in the unit below us, my sister and her family 2 units to the left, and my brother and his family across the street. We absolutely love everything Sandpiper cove has to offer and we start every morning on the beach. Most evenings are spent on the porch watching the kids play in the sand. This unit’s porch is spacious and has the best Gulf of America breeze in the evenings. The 2 bunks and pull out couch were perfect for the two teens and my younger child while my husband and I enjoyed our private room with a door and our own bathroom! Trust me when I say that this unit is worth the expense. You won’t find a better location, view, or a more responsive host. Can’t wait to stay again soon! Thanks for a great July 4th week!

Great Beach Week!

Enjoyed our stay at this beachside property. Loved the open floor plan, back deck and proximity to the beach! Appreciate that the owner provided nice towels, toiletries, etc. Overall, a great beach week. Would definitely stay at this property in the future.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo in Destin, FL! The property is located in a safe, family-friendly community that made us feel comfortable and right at home—perfect for kids. The short walk to the beach was incredibly convenient and made our beach days super easy and stress-free.The condo itself was spotless and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. It was also stocked with several essential items (like kitchen basics, bathroom/shower basics, and even some beach gear), which made settling in a breeze and saved us a trip to the store right away.Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We’re already planning to come back in the future!

Wonderful Experience!!!

Absolutely enjoyed my time at this property . The owner communicated every detail and made the experience enjoyable and easy to use. The property was very nicely updated and functional. The property had many little things done that made staying here next level compared to other condos I’ve stayed at in same complex. I’ve stayed in this complex 8-10 times in last decade and hands down would recommend this property first!!! Thanks again for a wonderful experience!!!

Beautiful- would absolutely stay here again!

We found the condo to be as pictured/described. We loved staying on the beach side of Sandpiper Cove. It had a wonderful view of the gulf from the large balcony. Super quick walk to the beach to enjoy the provided beach service, as well as the additional beach chairs the host supplied. Condo was clean & cozy & had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable & the kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated all the thoughtful amenities throughout. Loved being close to all the shopping, restaurants, and boardwalk. Myrian was a wonderful & helpful host. We appreciated the communication throughout our booking & stay. One of the best experiences we've had.

Destin area is amazing because this city have have all the nature and the most beautiful sea and so many tons of blue and the sand is as white as snow, it is incredible beautiful. At the same time, the city offers plenty of fun activities, plenty of options of restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, clinics, everything you possible need, is right there. It is a developed city in the middle of the nature. Just perfect.

This property is unique because it is on the sand, on the second floor of a TWO-Story only building that gives you the sense of being in a beach bungalow. The balcony is big and you can feel the breeze out looking the ocean, the dunes... it is so relaxing.
