Perfect for families! Las Palomas 3 bedroom Oceanfront gem w/ Amazing Port Views

Oceanfront 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort. Phase 1, Cristal building, 10th floor with views for miles. Upgrades throughout and new to the rental pool in 2021. High speed internet and internet-enabled TVs in the living room and all bedrooms. Large patio with dining table and sectional sofa seats 8+ - with amazing port and ocean views. Master bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen, 3rd bedroom has a full. There is also a queen size pullout memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room. Drip & kcup coffee makers (bring your own supplies), Master bath has a large soaking tub. Your reservation comes with daily maid service and pool towel rental. 8 guests (max 8 resort access wristbands given at check in).

Las Palomas is a smoke-free resort throughout
Must be 25+ years old to book; photo ID req'd at check in. Name on reservation must match credit card used. $300 damage deposit held at check in.
8 maximum guests in a 3 bedroom size condo at Las Palomas (max 8 resort access wristbands given at check in. Children under 3 do not need wristbands.
No show = no refund. Cancellation 10 days before reservation = refund minus $150 cancellation fee. No coolers allowed at pool. No parties allowed.

It was nice to get back to Rocky Point after being absent the last two years. Las Palomas delivers time after time. I do wish that the prices were lower.

The place was very roomy and clean. The views where just as advertised Wonderful. The master bedroom and bathroom was big. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Summer 2021

Las Palomas was great. The condo was awesome. Only complaint is the fridge smelled like fish so bad. Housekeeping came in and cleaned it very well, it helped but was still pretty bad.
