Thank you for highlighting the beautiful view, convenient beach access, and uncrowded location. We were disappointed to read your concerns, as no cleaning or maintenance issues were reported to us during your stay. We kindly ask guests to bring any concerns to the owner or property manager so we have the opportunity to address them—we cannot fix an issue if we are not informed about it. The carpets were already scheduled for professional cleaning after your departure and have since been freshly cleaned. The washing machine is fully operational, so we’re unsure why it would need to be updated simply because it is not a newer model. We appreciate your feedback and will continue maintaining the condo for our guests.

We always encourage our guests to contact us during their stay if anything is not working properly or if they have any concerns. Unfortunately, we were not notified about these items while you were in the unit. Had we known, we would have been happy to assist right away. The TVs in the bedrooms are operational, though occasionally guests may have difficulty with the remotes or input settings. In most cases this can be resolved very quickly with a quick message or call. Our goal is always to address any concerns immediately so guests can fully enjoy their stay. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention and will review them to ensure everything is in order for future guests. We are always available and happy to help when guests reach out during their stay
