Relaxed and wonderful stay near the seaside

We had a most wonderful and relaxed stay at the apartment in Pleneuf-Val-Andre! The house has everything and is very practical. We also loved the location: within 100 yards you find yourself on a glorious sandy beach with beautiful views. We enjoyed the fact that the town is very French and has lots of French visitors, not just filled with foreign tourists (like us!) :) A highlight was the tennis tournament, which we watched during a few evenings during that week (6-13 August); it was free to come and watch and we were treated to some amazing, high-level tennis! The wine restaurant opposite the house looked really good and it’s worth booking a table well in advance, as it is very popular. A big thank you to Mr and Mrs Renault for letting us stay at this wonderful ground-floor apartment. The outdoor area has late afternoon plus early evening sun, lovely to sit out and eat and chat. We would love to come back soon!

L'annonce ne laissait pas envisager que 4 personnes devraient dormir ensemble dans une chambre de moins de 5 M2. Les photos montrant un lit superposé qu'on n'imagine pas double (!) avec différentes parures de lits. Il y avait vraiment de quoi penser qu'il y avait deux vraies chambres. Je m'en suis expliquée très courtoisement avec la propriétaire

Sehr nah am Strand, perfekt,da das Auto vor der Tür geparkt bleiben konnte.Kurzer Fussweg zum Supermarkt,grosser Lidl im Nachbarort (St.Alban).Sehr schöner , sauberer Strand mit breiter Promenade.Zentrum von Val-Andre fussläufig mit Geschäften, Restaurants, Touriseninformation, Fahrradverleih etc.Auf bd. Seiten der Bucht Küstenwanderwege, der südl. führt zum alten Hafen mit u.a. Geschäften und Restaurants.Wohnung einfach, aber mit allem nötigen ausgestattet .Sollte eigene Bettwäsche mitgebracht werden -- Deckenformat ca. 220x200 cm .WIFI -Signal schwach !Vermieter sehr nett, Kontakt problemlos !

A Ruth et sa Family Ravis que vous ayez apprécié la simplicité certe ...de notre logement avec la situation géographique intéressante de part sa proximité à la plage les commerces le port etc...et le stationnement (gratuit) dans la rue. Pour les couvertures nous pensons qu il y a ce qu il faut et de bonnes dimensions. En effet pour les draps du canapé lit vous auriez dû me demander ou tout simplement me le dire et nous vous aurions fourni (gracieusement) 1 paire de draps adaptée. Cependant pour les 2 lits superposés 190 x 140 nous espérons que ça été. Nous avons apprécié votre présence et votre gentillesse et souhaitons vous revoir avec grand plaisir. Séjour à Val André

L'appartement est bien placé propre et très pratique avec la petite cour interieure : parfait pour les enfants. Quelques petits détails pourraient être mis en place pour que l'appartement soit encore plus confortable, mais la disponibilités des propriétaires a su pallier à cela. Séjour très agréable, vraiment au pied de la plage. Aucuns regrets !

Appartement sale / Propriétaires agressifs et menaçants

Tout allait bien jusqu’à ce que j’appelle la propriétaire pour lui dire que l’appartement n’était pas propre. Poussière derrière le lit. Couverts très sales. Elle s’est immédiatement énervé. M’a traité de menteur. Elle m’a ensuite harcelé au téléphone pour me demander si nous avions des photos. Aujourd’hui au moment de rendre l’appartement, son mari nous a insulté, et menacé. Heureusement, il y avait des témoins dans la rue également qui étaient atterrés par leur comportement. Nous tenons les photos votre disposition. Nous ne demandons rien, aucune remise. Et nous avons payé 60 € de plus pour le lavage des serviettes de toilette et les draps. Quand nous leur avons montré les photos, ils ont dit que c’est nous qui avions sali et avions mis la poussière. Voila les faits. Bonne journée.

Notre appartement et son contenant (vaisselle, literie, lingerie...) sont propres, clair accueillant avec sa courette fermée expo sud agreable. Les draps serviettes torchons sont fournis aux locataires que s'ils en veulent et le montant est fixé avant leur entrée selon le nombre demandé//au nombre de futurs occupants. Nous sommes souriants disponibles agréables et respectueux.

Un séjour depaysant

Hôte attentionné . Emplacement idéal pour accéder à la plage directement et près des commodités ( supérette,boutiques ) . Possibilité d aller à pied au port de dahouet ( 20mn) . Pas de problème pour se garer à proximité du bien voire dans la même rue. Bien fonctionnel pour 4 personnes ( 2 adultes 2 enfants voire en + 2 adultes avec le canapé lit . + : extérieur pr manger sur la terrasse
