Overall great place and great location, there was a few spider webs in the bathroom and bedrooms but not much of a bother

Cristian, I’m really glad your Gen Z group got the chance to experience this awesome wilderness area. If you looked down on it from 10,000 feet you would see very very few houses. They look like little boxes randomly scattered far apart. And every one of them represents food and shelter to the thousands of animal and insect species who live in all this great outdoors. Like little boxes of food. Sometimes you get the occasional spider. Thanks for letting me know. I’ll remove them. And as always, may have to remove them again.
I planned a getaway for my family of 5 and I was not disappointed. We had an awesome time and the cabin was great. David the host was awesome and answered all of my questions. I would definitely stay here again!

So glad we could accommodate Natalie! We have another HUGE house opening soon in Clayton on 2 acres with good views as well....it’s about 2200 sq feet with 3 bedrooms, a sun room, 4 bunk beds...so plan another trip next season!!
This place is truly a gem! It has a warm and cozy atmosphere being tucked away with lots of land to run and play! The porches (yes two of them!) are so nice to relax on. The owner is super helpful and pays attention to the small details. If you’re looking for a place to escape and enjoy the quiet of nature, look no further.
Very spacious and open! Far enough in the country but close enough for essentials in Clayton. Very beautiful with awesome scenery! About an hour drive to Beavers Bend and Broken bow with a lot for everyone. Five-star rating and will definitely be back as soon as we can! Thanks for the memories!

We were glad to have y’all visit Daniel - your experience in the area is exactly why we built these! Always fun to see people come up here for the first time and be so surprised by the surroundings.
My husband, son, and I stayed over a weekend for a relaxing getaway. The property was as described and well kept. It was nice to be away from the bustle of the city. Stargazing is a must at David’s property. We had everything we needed at the house to cook out meals and David was very responsive with any questions we had. Great time and definitely recommend.
We left for our destination Friday evening we got down there with just a little bit of light left we could not find the place and we searched the till 10:00 10:30 that night we got in touch with David told him I dilemma he tried to help us get there but we where headed back by the time he returned our call we were already on our way back to Oklahoma City so we did not get to stay it was very disappointing but we spoke with David he said he would try to get us some money back in hopes that we could try again at a later date thank you

Rose’s experience was unfortunate...and I did refund her total reservation. She’s the only guest we’ve ever had who couldn’t find a house located right on the main road. The reason is simple, they didn’t follow any of the directions or advice I laid out in great detail. If you don’t know left or right, east or west, or up or down, traveling to a new location in the country might not be a good idea.
We had some last minute cancellations and had to book this last minute so it was definitely not ideal, but the property manager was responsive and accommodating. The property itself is perfect. Clean, comfortable, lovely, and exactly what I expected. If you're looking to disconnect from everything and enjoy a quiet getaway, this place is perfect. There's no cell signal (the property has wifi access, don't worry), and it's only minutes away from a dark sky area where you can see the milky way galaxy on a clear night with just a short drive down a forestry road.
The king size bed was extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was fully useable. The grill outside made some excellent steaks! Make sure you stock up on groceries before you get there, I mean it when I say this is in the middle of nowhere.
I would absolutely come back, and I plan to next time we're back this way with the kids. Plenty of room for everyone, but not awkward for use as just a couple.
Book it!

Thank you Haley. We were glad we could stand in last minute when your Arkansas Mountain cabin became inaccessible. Most people have no idea this area of Oklahoma has so much mountain wilderness and natural beauty! Y’all come back. And check our other 2 cabins closer to Clayton, “The Gathering House” and “One of the Best You’ll Find” - both get outstanding reviews.
The property was nice the manager was very nice even when we had a small setback the manager was very accommodating very friendly very understanding the property was very clean it had everything we needed even though I tend to bring a bunch of stuff it was in a good area me and my kids have a story to tell for everyday that we stayed there something interesting happen fun and I mean my kids loved it had a smile on their face we have his number and information say because we will be going in the future for stays at the cabin. Everything it was more than amazing.
I had a very great experience! The house was very clean and spacious! It had all the cooking utensils that you'll need for cooking! Thank you for the opportunity to letting us stay at your amazing home! We will definitely be coming back again sometime in the future!
My husband and his cousin went for a Father’s Day weekend retreat. They enjoyed hanging out and visiting the nearby fishing spots. They told me there was a beautiful view off the one side of the house and it was very peaceful. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive when I had questions. 10/10…highly recommend!
This cabin was very nice and clean. It is extremely remote so be aware. Host was very polite and eager to make us happy. Overall it was a positive experience. We were quite comfortable during our stay. We would definitely recommend this cabin and host, and we would stay there again.
