PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The main living area, exceptionally spacious and bright, opens onto a large furnished terrace including:
- A very comfortable outdoor lounge area
- Dining space for 4 people
- Pool and sea views
Inside, the living space is divided into:
- A lounge area with smart TV
- Dining area
- Semi-open, fully equipped kitchen with additional dining space
-The first bedroom features two single beds, an integrated closet/dressing room, and an open ensuite shower room. It connects to the second bedroom, equipped with a queen-size bed (160cm), a dressing room, smart TV, and private bathroom.
Of course, a partition can be used between the two bathrooms to separate the two bedrooms, through a removable partition.

From the residence, within minutes, you can:
- Reach the beaches of Midi
- Stroll along La Croisette or relax on its beaches
- Climb to Le Suquet to discover Cannes' historic district

Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.
After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
