The house 'Vincent' in Kappeln is located in the well-kept residential area Mehlby far from the Schlei Fjord. Here you will find peace and relaxation during your holiday. It is the ideal accommodation for a family holiday with several children or for couples traveling together. Her four-legged friend is a welcome holiday guests in the property.

Wir, 3 Erwachsene, 1 Hund, haben eine sehr schöne Woche im Haus Vincent verbracht. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, Küche gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Unser Hund hatte Spaß im Garten mit den Maulwürfen, die sich aber durch ihn auch nicht vertreiben ließen. Wir empfehlen das Haus zu 100% weiter

Alles in allem ein superschönes Haus. Es ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war sehr nett und kompetent. Hier findet man Alles, was man braucht (Mensch und Tier). Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt zu 100%

Wir waren nun das dritte Mal im Ferienhaus Vincent in Kappeln/ Mehlby und fühlen uns sauwohl (2 Familien mit zwei Hunden) Jeder hat seinen eigenen Bereich und für die Hunde ein super schöner gepflegter Garten. Die Bilder spiegeln alles genau wieder. Alles super gepflegt und bestens ausgerüstet. Sobald die Sache mit dem Umwandeln der Ferienwohnungen von der Stadt Kappeln geklärt ist. Kommen wir wieder. Vielen Dank auch die tolle Betreuung durch die Agentur und den Reinigungskräften.

Besonders gut haben uns der Garten, die schönen und hellen Räume, der Kamin, sowie das separate WC gefallen. Der Griff an der Außentür der Terrasse könnte demnächst erneuert werden.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus in Kappeln. Sehr gepflegtes und modernes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Vor Ort ist Alles vorhanden was man braucht an Ausstattung. Auch die Vierbeiner haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank.

Tolles Haus, schöne Stadt!

Unser Aufenthalt im Haus Vincent hat sich wirklich gelohnt. Es verwöhnt mit einer guten Ausstattung, einer gemackvollen Einrichtung, freundlicher Nachbarschaft, Ruhe und einem schönen Blick in den Garten und darüber hinaus. Besonders gut hat uns die seniorengerechte Einrichtung des Erdgeschosses gefallen. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein erhöhtes Bett, die Dusche ist barrierefrei mit einem kleinen Duschsitz und der Hauseingang hat nur 2 sehr niedrige Stufen, die auch mit einem Rollator gut zu schaffen sind. Einziger Wermutstropfen sind die viel zu harten und dünnen Matratzen. Für diese Betten müssten die Matratzen 5 cm dicker sein, damit man beim Aufstehen nicht über das Brett rutschen muss.

Insgesamt eine schöne Woche in diesem geräumigen, nett eingerichteten EFH, obwohl das Wetter nicht mitgespielt hat und wir weder Garten, Sandkasten noch Terrasse nutzen konnten. Ein Wermutstropfen war jedoch, dass die Reinigungskraft uns bei Abreise aufforderte, die Betten abzuziehen; wir waren selbstverständlich davon ausgegangen, daß diese Dienstleistung in den Reinigungsgebühren inkludiert ist - und auch sein sollte!

Alles da was man braucht...gute und ruhige Lage. Nur die Glastüren in den Schlafzimmern haben etwas gestört da man den Raum nicht völlig abdunkeln konnte.

Ruhiges Silvester 2021

Wir waren über Silvester 2021 in Kappeln. Nochmal ein ruhiger Jahreswechsel. Das Haus Vincent war bestens geeignet. Eine ruhige Wohngegend im Westen der Stadt. Gut zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leider keine Weiterempfehlung

Es ist ein schönes Haus mit einem tollen Garten, der aber ungepflegt ist, sowie auch der Gartenunterstand.Eine Sonnenliege steht verschmutzt im Gartenunterstand. Die Einrichtung ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und abgewohnt. Die allgemeine Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Der Fußboden ist sehr fleckig und müsste dringend eine Grundreinigung erhalten. Der Staubsaugerbeutel wurde seit Monaten nicht mehr gewechselt. Die Spülmaschine hatte kein Salz und Klarspüler, das Geschirr mußte jedesmal nachgetroknet werden. Bei der Ankunft stand teilweise schmutziges Geschirr im Schrank. Auch Treppenhandläufe und Türklinken waren sehr klebrig. Waren schon sehr enttäuscht.
