Set on the 3rd and top floor of an older building without a lift, the property is particularly well suited to a seaside holiday with family or friends. Its south-facing exposure brings plenty of natural light into the living area throughout the day.
The main living space combines a lounge with television and a dining area. A French window opens onto the balcony facing the beach, creating a pleasant extension of the apartment for fresh air, sea views and relaxed evenings above the coastline.
The compact equipped kitchen makes everyday meals easy to prepare. It includes a 4-ring gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine.
Sleeping arrangements include:

The property offers more beds than its authorised capacity: the stay remains limited to a maximum of 5 guests.

Erquy makes it easy to alternate between beach days, harbour walks and outings towards Cap d'Erquy. The pink sandstone landscapes and coastal paths of Brittany's Emerald Coast are easily accessible from the apartment.
