Waterfront Condo Getaway

If you're looking for somewhere to getaway, Olde Towne Yacht Club on Radio Island is a great option. This 3BR, 2BA updated condo offers a cozy, peaceful destination for a family escape or vacation with friends.

Olde Towne Yacht Club is a private, gated condominium community nestled on Radio Island, which is right in the middle of Morehead City and Beaufort NC. The property offers a saltwater pool, hot tub, gym facilities, full service marina and more.

Our unit is on the 5th floor. This fully-furnished condo is just over 1,400 square feet with a covered balcony overlooking water views of Morgan Creek, Taylor's Creek and the Beaufort Inlet. Kitchen and bathrooms have been updated. All three bedrooms have queen size beds, accommodating 6 people very comfortably. This unit can be offered with or without linens. The kitchen comes with a wide array of items including everyday dishes and glassware, but also has items like a Keurig coffee maker, a blender, wine cooler, toaster, etc. Additionally, the condo has many standard features such as Wifi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, three television sets(two are smart TVs), cable TV, refrigerator with freezer/ice maker, etc.

For the avid boater or outdoor person, the full service marina offers daily/weekly boat slip rental. There are several communal gas grills on either side of the building with deck areas available for enjoying the water or entertaining. The clubhouse offers kitchen facilities, entertaining area along with bathroom/showers for indoor events as well. Kayaks or paddle boards are welcome with ample storage on the side of the building. There are two elevators and three stairwells for access to the property. Next door to Olde Towne is a public beach, which can be very popular at times due to its magnificent view and protection with less tidal currents.

We love the tranquility of this property, as it offers many benefits year-round. You can sit on the balcony any time of year, watching boaters go by, seeing the occasional dolphin swimming or catching glimpses of gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. It doesn't matter if you are the going out or staying in type, you can cook a wonderful dinner at the condo or take a short ride to either Morehead City or Beaufort to dine at any of the amazing restaurants this area has to offer.

Outstanding location with an incredible view! Condo was updated and convenient in every way. Host was very accommodating and available for questions. This is one of the prettiest spots in Carteret County!

Wonderful views, beautifully maintained

Our condo was very comfortable and inviting. Family members staying downstairs couldn’t have visitors per their condo contract. We had them over for dinner, watched a baseball game and played cards. The closet was stocked with board games making it feel like home. Thank you for being so caring and making our trip our home away from home. 5 stars

My favorite home away from home

I can't say enough about this condo or the host. If this condo is available it is where I stay. The host is wonderful! The condo is beautiful, big, has everything you will need, and the view is breathtaking. From the time you walk in you will feel relaxed and at home. If you need anything the host is always available and courteous. You are minutes from everything. If you are trying to decide where to rent, look no further!

Beautiful condo!

From start to finish communication was excellent. This unit was by far the best we have rented in the area. Comfortable for our entire family and newish (7month) granddaughter. Unit is well stocked with everything you could think of. Pool is beautiful with a great backdrop of the boats. Beach is not but a short walk and nice to be at! Thank you to Andrew and family for allowing us to rent this unit and can’t say enough great things about it

Wonderful location, beautiful accomodations

This was a wonderful location for my family. Saw dolphins daily, swam in the pool, played on the beach. The condo was amazing, beautiful, clean space. Andrew was so accommodating and easy to work with. Will definitely look to come back!

Completely relaxing

What a wonderful location and condo. I was so at peace as soon as I walked through the doors. The condo itself is very clean, updated, and has everything you will want or need. The most beautiful water views. The location is perfect as you are minutes from Beaufort, Morehead City, and Atlantic Beach. But who needs to go find a beach when you can just take the elevator downstairs and you have a serene beach right there. If you are looking for the perfect location and accomadations, then you will love this condo.

This condo and location was perfect. Radio island beach next door, bird shoals across the marina, Beaufort a couple miles away, plenty of restaurants and things to do. It made us daydream of living there!
