A disastrous experience including your customer service
When I arrived, I was offered a different apartment, which was old and decrepit. I declined the space They said the apartment I rented had a leak. Then they found the leak was fixed. That apartment, which is the one pictured, is also much more decrepit than it appears in the photos I refused to stay there. The managers agreed to cancel, but VRBO customer service declined to help do this transaction. We spent an hour on the phone and ended with the VRBO rep reading us a text about "amicable resolution" and hanging up on me and the property manager. We got it sorted the next day but not without hours of time and stress on the phone. The property managers should not be renting this apartment It is substandard and does not match the photos on the listing. SW
