The one issue we had (how to get the TV to work) was addressed promptly. You may want to put a little instruction on how to get it to work in the family room. Was not on HDMI 1 where it needed to be. CONS:Hot water could have been a little hotter. Could put it on full hot and not have a problem standing under it. Maybe another 5-10 degreesOutdoor gas grill really needs to be replaced. Burners do not burn evenly making grilling a challenge. Nice to have a backup propane grill which was not needed...

This home has everything a family needs for a comfortable stay in Pinehurst! The home itself is lovely with lots of charm and tons of space for a family or group. The location is PERFECT - so close to town - a 5 minute walk or less down a beautiful street. We had fun at the poker table too!
